Place was very reasonably priced quite close to the city. We were able to walk to RAC arena. Plenty of parking nice clean and tidy apartment will definitely stay again.

Stayed for work close to freeway and felt like a home.

Great centralised location. Easy key pick-up and check-out. Comfortable bed and everything required to be fully self contained.

Close enough to walk to leederville and harbourtown.

My stay was enjoyably different. The apartments have a lot of character.

The apartment is spacious and in a quiet building. Off-street parking is easy to access & public transport is close by. It is close to the city & freeway, & a short walk to a lively shopping/entertainment precinct. The kitchen is convenient & functional, with original fittings so has a retro feel. Comfortable, convenient and a great base for a city stay.

We stay here fairly frequently when going to the Perth for business. Convenient and meets all needs.

The property owner advertised 'Free Wifi', in fact there is none. Never was and no intention of fixing this. Paying 120 a night is not cheap accommodation so completely unacceptable. Some lights did not work and the electric kettle did not work, the stove refused light so not even able to make a cup of tea. Very poor. Avoid.

We have stayed at these apartments several times and they are very suitable for our purposes.

Phone number given in booking and on website didn't work. Quick email reply though as I was arriving late in the evening I wanted to make sure I was able to pick up the key. The key was in a safe and all worked beautifully. I didn't get the wifi password, and a bit of a noisy neighbour first night but otherwise all good.
