We enjoyed that the gondola was right across the street. The gym and spa were top notch and we enjoyed the fact that we could charge our vehicle while parked. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel and hug it recommend to family and friends

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat. The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times.

This is excellent hotel situated just outside of Wörgl on the slopes of Alps and next to cable car. Rooms are spacious with beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains and hotel’s swimming pool. On the contrary, service received during the breakfast was appalling. Multiple restaurant staff attempted to remove us from the table and food replenishing was non exsistent one hour to 45 minutes before the end of breakfast service. We complained to a manager.

Everything was so good that I have already booked my next winter holiday , December 2020 with them !

The closest you can be to the ski lifts. No possibility for late check out. wanted to charge a full day for 2-3 hours.

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms, fantastic design. The crew at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, the service in the evening was super slow which was probably due to the season (fall). Another downside of the hotel are the daily church bells - they go off at 7am and woke us up daily. However, those are minor issues and we would love to come back.

Ett riktigt fint boende i en vacker by. Frukosten var fenomenal

Et fantastisk opphold på et hotell som er utrolig bra. De ansatte er hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Spa anlegget er utmerket. Kanskje litt vel mye fokus på helse, noe som går ut over menyen på restauranten.

Lage ist top. Direkt am Lift und der Piste. Hotel und Zimmer sehr schön, leider ist der generelle Service und das Essen im Haus kein Highlight.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und es wurde immer eine Lösung gefunden, sehr großes Lob an das Team vor Ort. Wir kommen wieder
