ドライヤーの風量が弱い 鏡台にイスが欲しい

Exactly what we were looking for. A quiet location with great sea views. Outdoor bath was as pictured. The dinners were fantastic and reasonably priced

The hotel was amazing. I loved the private beach and onsen on the balcony. Food was delicious. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lift whenever we wanted, free of charge. I’d definitely stay there again.

Private bath/onsens are available in this seaside villa. A very nice experience to be able to enjoy the view over the beach from the room. The place is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel offers half board options. Nice food but I myself prefer traditional Japanese cuisines for a more complete Japanese ryokan experience (this hotel serves decent western style breakfast).

Interesting, quirky place in a lovely location. The hot tubs on the balcony were of course the highlight, but otherwise the rooms were pretty basic, no closets, small glass-tube unit shower, and amazingly, no windows and very dim lighting. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also a bit...underground and dark, but the staff were trying their best (if a bit inexperienced). We had a nice time, but I'm not sure I'd pay 40,000 to do it again.

Nice small hot spring hotel by the sea. The staffs are very nice and professional. They helped us out when my car has a problem. Thanks again!

Superb sea view. Suitable for travellers who drive.

Stayed here two nights before our Kumano Koro hike. We cannot rate this property highly enough. The hotel suffered from the recent typhoons and some parts of the hotel were being repaired but it didn’t interfere in any way with the amazing view of the beach at the back of the the hotel. We stayed on the top (second) floor and had our own hot tub (onsen) with adjustable temperature which we used during the day and at night. We turned all the lights off, gazed at the stars above (thanks to a retractable roof) and even saw a few shooting starts! Do watch out for mosquitoes though, don’t leave the door to your room open or you’ll end up with some uninvited guests in your room. We had breakfast and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (no view from here). The food was impeccably presented and the best, highest quality shabu shabu (shaved wagyu beef boiled in onsen water) we’ve had in Japan. The breakfast was an assortment of sandwiches (too many for us to eat) with lots of fruit, yoghurt and pastries. The hotel was kind enough to give us a lift to a restaurant for lunch where we also took a couple of hours to walk around, and they dropped us off at the bus stop in time for our onward journey. They also kindly arranged for our luggage to be forwarded to Tokyo. If we are ever in this part of the world again, we will definitely make a point of coming to XYZ resort again. Thanks to all the smiling kind staff for an unforgettable stay!

The hotel has private access to a beach; you can bath in your own room and watch the sunset. The owner and staff are very nice. Food is good. If you drive there, be aware that it is not in the car's GPS. You need to follow the Google map.

This hotel is a different hotel that i found in Japan, Room design is very nice and colorful furniture. Private Onsen with beautiful sea view, private beach with beautiful sunset. The dinner was very delicious and staff very friendly. Want to back here again someday

Outstanding services and contemporary room design, the electric curtains are amazing, staffs are very helpful, the boss is very friendly.

ありえないくらいにスタッフさんの対応が良すぎました！！ 思いやりのある対応、気遣い、人柄の良さがとても心が温かくなりました！ お部屋もとても過ごしやすく、前のビーチも海好きの彼氏はとても喜んでいました！ レーザーショーもサービスであり、見る時間少し遅れたのですが、最後に3回もう一度投影して下さりありがとうございました。(タイミングが合ったのでやってもらえたそうです。) 朝食も時間を選べゆっくり食べることが出来、いい誕生日を過ごせたそうです！！ 当日は雨だった為、またリベンジし伺いたいと思いました！リピ確宿でした！！

部屋は清潔で料理も美味しくて、スタッフの皆さんの心配りもう行き届いていて、心地よく過ごすことができました。 部屋の露天風呂も、波音だけを聞きながら、ゆっくりと湯船に浸かってリラックスできて最高でした。 レーザーメッセージが伝えられるイベントは、サプライズ要素もあってドキドキ楽しめました。 あさ、ホテルのプライベートビーチを散歩できるのも良いですね。

初めて利用させてもらいました。スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で笑顔で対応してくれてまた行きたいと思いました。お湯も最高でした。気になった事は咳をめちゃくちゃしてるスタッフが何人か居てちょっと不安になりました。あと大体清潔だったのですが冷蔵庫の上のトレーがホコリだらけでびっくりしました。あとお部屋のスリッパが履きにくかったのとトイレットペーパーがちょっとショボかったかな^^;まあまあ安くはないお値段だからもう少し良いトイレットペーパーにして欲しかったなー。田舎のおばあちゃん家でも使ってなさそうなやつだった。

海が近くて部屋からのロケーション最高でした。 夜の星空は、人生初の星空で感動しました。 食事の時に星空などの説明に来てくださって、星のスケジュールが分かり、その通りの時間に夜空を見ると満天の星空、流れ星も初めて見ました。 感動しました。 また訪れたいお宿になりました。

スタッフの方も優しく、ご飯も美味しかったです。 無料サービスでレーザー光線のメッセージも感動しました。 露天風呂も気持ちよく過ごせました。 何から何まで丁寧でいい思い出になりました。

スタッフさんに教えてもらった通り星空がめちゃくちゃキレイでした✨ また和歌山にくることがあったら泊まりたいです。
