Staff very unprofessional and rude! Proceeded to enter my room without permission. My partner Was mistreated and denied acess into our room even though he was on the resevation when we checked-in. They refuse to honor their breakfast coupon for 8$ off and charged me 28$ + tip for french toast and drink. No recipt was provided for the food. I do not recomend staying here , theres better places that treat their guest with kindness and respect your privacy!

What an interesting place. Far more than just a hotel. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Room(s), stayed here twice now, have been comfortable and both were good experiences.

We had a comfortable stay

I was very leary when I saw that this property was a truck stop area. However, it did not look like a truck stop. It has a convenience store, restaurants and a movie theater. The room was extremely clean and very very comfortable. Housekeeping was awesome front desk was awesome. As a matter of fact I made reservations for the night we leave here because it is close to the airport and I can fill up gas right there. Everyone we dealt with there was very nice. And with your room you get a breakfast that is cooked to order.

We have stayed here twice and every time we stay it does not disappoint. Very clean room and we love that there is a convenience store, restaurant right there. The only thing missing is a pool! But we will definitely be staying again

I always stay here now when I stop in Portland. It’s clean & quiet. Plus the gas is cheaper than most places!

This hotel is located in an industrial area. But it is a nice hotel inside. Rooms well appointed and clean. It is located in a building that has a small store, deli, laundry & nice restaurant. Had a nice comfortable stay

Hotel is part of a gas station for large trucks. Room was ok. Would not stay here again.

Close to everything in Portland. Very clean and property contains lots of options. Movie theater, restaurants, post office, laundromat, etc.

This is one of the most interesting hotels I have stayed at. It is part of a large truck stop so sometimes a little noisy but the room was clean, two restaurants on site, a movie theater on site and lots of other things. Food was great. If I was in this area I would stay again.
