Love this place

Great location… very spacious 2 bedroom apartment! Was perfect for our visit. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. Everything walkable from this location!

The kiosk never worked and after an hour at the property talking with support and not being able to get in, I had to cancel and book another hotel. Would not recommend this place

We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. Each step for checking in, moving around on and off the property, and checking out had clear written instructions and labels. The concierge via texting was very helpful in trying to fix the tv connectivity issue. If you really want to deal with humans in-person, this may not be a good fit. It was perfect for us! The area isn’t too noisy with traffic or people, although we visited midweek. We felt the pricing was very reasonable!

Great location, clean apartment, and very well-stocked with supplies. Overall, very comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking again for my next visit to Austin.

The whole access to the building is very confusing, you don’t know where are you supposed to put what number into what electronic device, of course you can’t get upstairs from the parking garage to see how that works and I’m not the only one who has the same problem. The access issues were such a turn off that it would make me not recommend.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The location was great, walking distance to ACL, bars, restaurants, perfect little grocery/convience store downstairs. Parking was great! Felt safe. Wish they condo had more amedities in the kichen. We had to purchase anything we needed for storage (like baggies, aluminum foil, kleenex etc.). They did have a few pots and pans so that was nice. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will return.

I loved how everything was within walking distance. Our concert was right across the street. The views from our balcony was stunning as well. Parking was great and so so much cheaper than anywhere else. I just parked my car in the parking garage and left it until we checked out. The apartment was so big and everything was just beautiful. We will be staying here every single time we go to Austin. Thank you Kasa Downtown.

Big place and great location. Noise sensors in the room were a surprise. We weren't that loud, but we got a text saying to keep it down.

This place was a bit difficult to get into pertaining to security, lots of codes, but I wouldn't change a thing. Once you get through the initial check-in protocol, you feel safe because you've been through the steps to get in and it's very difficult unless you have codes. The instructions were extremely detailed with pictures which made it so much easier, pretty much every question answered in the instructions. It was a great location with a nice view of Austin. We had a coffee/small grocery store shop downstairs with multiple restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. We had a quaint little balcony to go out and have coffee on in the morning. Place was very clean. There was a very nice restaurant across the street called I believe Lucky's with impeccable food and dining experience. The pool was nice and not crowded. I felt very safe. I would recommend this place 100%!

Really spacious apartment with comparable prices with hotels in downtown. Easy parking with EV chargers on site. I’d stay there again!

Great property great location

Kasa never disappoints. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and will keep staying there whenever we’re in Austin. The location is prime. Almost everything is within walking distance or not too far of a drive. We love the convenience the room offers. It’s literally a home away from home. The ease of check in and check out is also very much appreciated. We will definitely come back.

Mold around bathtub and in.

My first time staying at Kasa, it was a good experience. Essentially you get an apartment to yourself with lots of space including kitchen and living room. I love the additional kitchenware available. I did not use most of the amenities. I ate out or ordered food.

great unit and location!

Property was lovely and a great location. I was hesitant because of bad reviews citing poor checkin instructions (which were very clear) and poor response when there was issue (no issues so can't say).

Our stay at Kasa Downtown Austin was fantastic! The flat itself was perfect for our needs and it is perfectly located to discover all that Austin has to offer. We were very comfortable during our stay.
