Dick was extremely welcoming and friendly coming out to meet me on arrival and carrying my bag. My accommodation was clean, comfortable and set in beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was plentiful with excellent service. Would love to come back with my family.

Just amazing, this was our 2nd visit because we enjoyed it so much last time. We love Widbrook Barns, everything about it. Dick and his team offer 1st Class service, the care and attention to detail is the best. Warm and wonderful welcome, the rooms are delightful, setting is great. Breakfast delicious, gardens and location all amamzing. This place give you a warm hug!

It’s such a pleasure to stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable, the breakfast is amazing. Close to attractions and train station. Everything about it is wonderful. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely stay at the Barns. No hesitation in giving straight 5stars throughout. Dick and his staff made this a lovely stay and the breakfast was fabulous.

Dick, the owner met us on arrival and made us feel welcome straight away. The room we had was spotless and with the additional seating area it was perfect for us and our dog. Breakfast was freshly cooked as we ordered and the service was excellent, they even gave the dogs a sausage for their breakfast. We would definitely return.

Very pretty gardens. Comfortable and clean room that had everything we needed. Breakfast options were plentiful and food was excellent.

The property was perfect for our wedding party, clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The Boathouse just a short walk away was great for evening gatherings.

This is the second time we have stayed at Widbrook Barns and will definitely be back. Dick and the team are the perfect hosts and you are always welcomed with boundless enthusiasm. The rooms are immaculately presented, and the breakfast is to die for. We Would definitely recommend a stay if you are in the area.

Parking was on the accommodation site not on the street. Created by the owner was made very welcome and breakfast was excellent. This was my second stay at this hotel and would recommend it for short or long term visits

I would highly recommend Widbrook Barns, especially for family stays. The barns are extremely ambient and peaceful, comfortable, and well appointed. No thought has been spared - a fridge and microwave is available in a clean communal area of the property, as are wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and more. We were met on arrival by the Boss - an extremely friendly gentleman who showed us around the property and offered recommendations for eating out and walks nearby. After a comfy night's sleep we enjoyed breakfast - all the usual cooked breakfast items plus traditional fish breakfast, all cooked fresh to order. It was my son's 10th birthday on this morning, and the Boss decorated around the table and even played his own rendition of Happy Birthday on his trumpet!! A birthday and venue to remember, no question! Thank you for a fantastic stay, albeit a short one - we WILL be back and would recommend this property to everyone. Location is perfect for Longleat (our destination), Bath, Bath Races, Bradford-on-Avon, and more. Enjoy!

From the moment we arrived ,everything was superb. We were met by Dick our host who showed us to our room and gavevus an overview of the area aswell. We werevdoing a sightseeing tour of Bath with our 15 year old granddaughter and Divk advised us to go into Bath by train which was wonderful. No stress re parking. He also advised on places to eat. Our barn was called Swallows & Amazons . There are many references to classic books & plenty of memoribilia. Breakfast was superb, so much choice and very well presented . My husband said it was the best cooked breakfast he had ever eaten. The staff were so kind ,helpful and friendly. The grounds were lovely and it was so.peaceful. A great find and weu will definatlely return in the not too distant future to experience Widbrook Barns again and to explore more of Bath and the lovely Bradford on Avon. Can I also add my granddaughter thought Widbrook Barns were wonderful and she loved the themes such as Swallows & Amazons and Secret Seven.
