Close to everything, very convenient!

The service was wonderful. The people at the desk were very helpful; especially Happy. We couldn't be more content. Great experience.

The are and proximity to the main attractions of niagara falls was great. The building seemed a little old and needee upgrades.

It was clean ,very quiet and the breakfast was very nice. We will go there again .its an older building but it well kept.

Staff were very helpful, everything was clean but old and worn. Hotel is in a quiet area but I wouldn’t feel safe walking there at night.

Accommodations were clean. The breakfast was mineral. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, the shower kept fluctuating back-and-forth back-and-forth on hot and cold. The staff are very friendly, especially the gentleman that checked us in.

It was a good experience, booked the hotel 2 days before the check in and got a good deal. There was enough parking, front desk staff is friendly, check in and check out is fast. There is breakfast included on our stay.

Very convenient

This hotel was perfect for prices and for location! We came up this weekend for my birthday and loved how clean the rooms were, how close it was to everything and just felt very home like. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. It was clean, but the furniture showed its age. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that breakfast could be improved with a bit more fruits.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The in room spa tub was very clean, in good shape, and worked well. The breakfast room was small, and was in the basement, but offered hot waffles, toast, croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and beverages. The indoor pool was clean, and well maintained. The location of the hotel was within a short walking distance to anywhere you would want to go; Clinton hill, restaurants, and the falls. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was closed to everything around Clifton hills & casino. What I didn’t like was how sticky the floor was and it did kind of smell, overall it was decent for the price.

The hotel obviously needs some love. It is old and would require some updates. The first room we were given was in horrible condition. The manager was very kind and offered us a new room that was much better. You get what you pay for, it was fine for one night.

Staff was super helpful....a no nonsense hotel if you just need to shower and sleep.

Overall, this property is great. It could benefit from some upgrades and a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Very close to cliffton hill. I would definitely stay here again. 2 adults and 2 kids
