What a lovely calm hotel. Loved that it was just a short stroll from the necessaries, beautifully quiet location. Everything was easy and staff super friendly. Spa was spotless. Breakfast delicious, plenty of lovely choices, some fresh uncut bread would have have elevated it. One hundred per cent would stay again.

Wonderful lodge , spacious clean and very comfortable with an outside area. 5 stars all round. I thought the front doors could do with a little care and paint but otherwise everything was perfect

Decent accommodation for the price, good location on the edge of the village, nice to have pool and spa facilities too. room needed a little tlc, shower screen mouldy at bottom edge and extractor was dusty but not end of the world. Staff really friendly and polite,breakfast was good but served way too hot.

We stayed in an accessible superior lodge which offered lots of room to manoeuvre in my all-terrain powerchair. The staff were welcoming and friendly and so kind to my assistance dog. Overall a lovely spot to enjoy North Wales.

Comfortable, friendly staff, great food in choice of 2 restaurants. Great location. Sunny outside seating area too. Free and easy parking.

Reall dog friendly with beds in the bar and towels and doggy wash outside. The spa was an added bonus after long walks out.

Hotel is lovely, receptionist could have been more friendly when we first arrived. A smile goes a long way. A toilet brush in the bathroom would have been nice. Lovely breakfast.

Staff are lovely and so friendly. Breakfast was great. Only thing for me in terms of improvements is the rooms could do with an update, bathroom was lovely and looked recently refurbished but the bedroom was a little dated, maybe an upgraded bed and TV (and I appreciate we're in the most beautiful place in Wales so who needs a TV but after a long day of hiking I know I love to kick back and chill out, especially when it's February and too cold to sit out) and nowadays most hotel rooms have smart TVs) otherwise a lovely experience and the staff do like to make sure you have a lovely experience

Hotel, restaurant, bar and rooms we absolutely spotless. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Mobility scooter friendly access was great.

Walking distance of village & pool & very comfortable hotel .

Lovely stay, very convenient location- little stores and places to walk nearby but also close enough to travel to Snowdon etc. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them and it was a nice, clean and relaxed place to stay for what we needed. It was also nice to be able to use the pool as we arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready. Didn’t eat there in the evening but the breakfast offering was plenty to load us up before trekking up Snowdon early.
