The hotel has an old world feel - though replete with modern amenities including a small gym and breakfast and snacks/drinks restaurant. The front desk and other staff were warm and pleasant to interact with. I would definitely recommend, and would stay again were my travels to bring me back to Madrid.

Great location in a lively neighborhood. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.
