Very average experience with the SLS - and non-stop calls to guest services to have issues sorted. Given the daily cost, you should get a far better experience and service, which was inconsistent at best. TV didn’t work and that took 24 hours to resolve, after 3 calls to front desk, eventually being replaced. Only one robe in room, had to call for another. No hairdryer, no iron… some of the things you’d just expect as standard, so you end up calling front desk for everything then hanging around waiting for it to come to room - and that time could vary hugely as well. Would not stay here again, even at half the price it would struggle to meet expectations.
Raised the numerous disappointments with front desk when checking out - all smiles and insincere apologies. There are better options in Nassau for sure. Simply not worth the high price tag.
