Staff were great

In general hotel is in good condition and looks modern, located in good location, has large parking area at the back side.When i requested to change my room to non-smoking one, they were helpful.However, when i took shower, i noticed drain was clogged and all water overflowed into bathroom, i informed the reception in the morning, they said okay they will someone but no one came.This was the only negative experience from myside.

Reasonable location, cleanliness and hospitability.

Clean room. It is very hard to take 2 baggage’s and 1 Carr on to the floor. Elevator is tooooo small and had to go up and down twice.

This is our fourth time staying in this hotel. Great service as always. Our family of four did fit comfortably to a junior suite. The rooms were clean and the AC worked really well and kept the room at the desired temperature. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel had great Turkish food selection for convenient dining at the property. They even boiled potatoes for my sick son who couldn’t eat anything else. Couldn’t ask for more, very pleased!

Reasonable price

Hotel n staff was very good always ready to help .. Highly recommended. Breakfast had limited option . Spa was very expensive as compare to other places n not very professional .

The rooms smell like smoke, very very strong smell of smoke. Otherwise great! Breakfast was amazing , service was phenomenal. No complaints

The property was fine for the first part of our trip as it was for a medical procedure. The only issue was the fridge that broke down the first day of our stay and was never fixed . We did mention it to 3 people

Wind and noise are not blocked by windows. I tried to change my room, but the window of the other room was worse. Even though I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, the cleaners forced my door 3 times in the morning. Then they called me to explain that your room seems empty. When you said you moved my room because it was noisy at night, they said haaa. In fact, the walls move with every door slam.. 2 stars are not worth it.

I stayed at the hotel for five days . I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and they spoke good English which makes communication easier. The room was clean and peaceful. The breakfast was good. While there are a couple of cafes and shops in the area within walking distance, there is not an abundance. I’d happily stay there again in the future.

Very clean and new property with modern decor. Staff is friendly. Professional spa and gym. Parking is behind the hotel and access is somewhat tricky if you have luggage in hand. Didn't have a chance to try but had a good-looking kebab place downstairs.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Helped us call taxis and provided water for room whenever we needed.

I had surgery as to why I chose this hotel based on location. I would say customer service is amazing. I kept asking for ice I would say every 4-6 hours and they gave no attitude at all and were great which I was not expecting. Their English is also good. Food- i prefer the soups the most, they were good. I would say the only downfalls is the cleanliness. I stayed for 2 weeks, so the sinks needed a propa clean and maybe hoovering which was not done. This one lady cleaner hoovered once and was the only one that properly cleaned I believe and she was nice-but we rarely got her. Also the corners of the shower floor were unpleasant, a brownish colour that’s caused from improper cleaning- the bathrooms need a good bleaching. Also it was too noisy, I think walls are too thin or we had rlly noisy neighbors, they kept slamming the door every 5 mins (my head literally shook on the bed board) and were dodgy in the corridors. Also heard them arguing at 3/4am- but all this is not the hotels fault but maybe they could have some policy for minimum disruption or could have intervened. Overall however, I am satisfied :)
