This is my favorite hotel (in the popular style) for 5 days 4 nights in Hanoi - My Sapa! The room is small but everything is very clean, does not smell, full utensils (for me) like a super speed kettle with coffee, tea, tv, dryer. I booked a bunk bed but an extremely large bed, the couple can still sleep together without being too tight, very cozy. Ga - pure white bed, clean! I am a very careful person on the skin but stay here I don't mind letting my face touch the pillow ^^ there are two bottles of shower gel - the shampoo is rusty but for those who do not use it, there is no problem! In short, right in the old town, this hotel is worth the money and very convenient!

The staffs were super friendly. The room was okay. It has large room even though the hotel was budget. Cleanliness needs to be improved especially the bed. The breakfast was unfortunately blunt. It did not taste bad, but seems like made without seasoning. If you skip the breakfast, you miss nothing. But if you only care about a budget room in a perfect location, do hotel is a good choice.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days, the staff was enthusiastic but never cleaned the room and the staff said it was because guests did not give advance instructions while I went to many hotels that had daily housekeeping service.

Staying 3 nights here cm just to sleep because 3 days on a full tour from morning to night, the hotel was spacious, I took a private room, and the receptionist was really friendly, good, explaining tourist attractions that must be visited, but didn't have good conversation. also friendly and good the food is delicious a lot of menus and kinds of dishes just go to Hanoi again and I will stay here again just really satisfied with the service 👍👍

I booked room 3 months before but hotel did not recognize my booking. Room was so small and a bit frowsty. Toilet super small and inconvenient, esp no cloth hanger.
