Nice decoration, no hair dryer in room (you have to call them), staff not enough for service in the morning for breakfast but he has a good service mind.

The thing I love the most about this hotel is its spacious bedroom that has large sofa to watch the tv. The breakfast was ok but not the best since the choices was limited. But in general, it's worth the price.

The staffs are helpful. We booked for 2 nights, but when we arrived at the hotel, they had an issue with the availability of the room that it was apparently no room available. They acted fast to find us a room in their sister hotel nearby named Lareal or something like that. Even though the room quality is not as good as the ones we booked at Vihara Residence, they made it up with giving upgrades the next day we move back to Vihara Residence, and they gave free dinner for couple with a bottle of wine. Nice gestures. Their fried rice was awesome too.
