The property was well maintained. Located in a quiet area. 3 minute walk to the beach. Washroom had plenty of hot water. Highly recommend staying at this property.

It's basic and clean. As the name Patnem Beach implies, nearly all the bar /restaurants are literally on the beach, so you'll be bringing plenty of sand back to your room, so you don't need anything fancy, and with friendly staff, I would recommend it.

We had one of the little bungalows - really pretty and spotlessly clean. There are a group of five of them to the side of the main building. Value for money is good, location also good, but my one and only issue was the noise from the traffic both on the main road 50m away and the beach road which the property is on. Royal Enfields make such a racket, as do the buses and vehicles who seem to find blaring their horns constantly a necessity. This is obviously no reflection on Regina Residency and perhaps we were just unlucky so i wouldn't hold it against them The Chai House around the corner serves great breakfast and sells delicious samosas at 10 rupees a pop. Try it!

Great location a short stroll to Patnem beach. Spacious room on first floor with balcony. This is a small property of 6 rooms; 3 rooms on ground level and 3 rooms on the first level, but there are plans to add more. No a/c but didn't feel I needed it in the circa 35 degree temps, although there are plans to install. Plenty of restaurants on the beach itself, linked to the beach hut accomodations, catering broad range of cuisines including Italian, mexican as well as local fare. Do try also some of the smaller restaurants on the road running behind parallel to beach, great thalis, dosas, and especially try the local chai shop (located just around the corner from Regina) great for a local breakfast. I have to add that the assistance with taxi transfers, looking at travel options to Hampi, help with trying to book train ticket for onward travel to Kerala (during extremely busy Xmas travel period), finding other accommodation (it was in one of the huts on the beach) when I needed to extend my stay; was freely given by the very pleasant and helpful Babash. Absolutely made my stay in South Goa a great one!
