The property doesn't respond to repair issues. One short text would have been appreciated. This property is not currently handicapped equipped. There is construction that has closed the elevator to access the pool, beach and restaurant.

Pool / Beach : great. No crowded and stunning views Restaurant: many options around but the one in the property is great food & service Security; very safe. 24/7 guards Room: hotel size. 2 X Twin beds. Nice view and quiet. A little bit outdated. kitchen and appliances.... Very old and just for show really (microwave was dirty & rusty inside) Bed: very hard and pillows just ok. A/C: very quiet In short : a cozy place to stay if you want to spend more time outside than in your room. With nice pool, beach and food service

Had to wait for more than an hour because maintenance guys were working. Ask for extra towels and never showed. Rugs to old and dirty. Cero comunication before 3:00 pm Worst host ever

Nice property and room had a great view of the ocean. Wish we could have seen the sun come up from our balcony. Had a small kitchenette. We did not have a table on the balcony which would have been nice and we also had low water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable.

Towel and Bed sheet were dirty . Lots if aunts in kitchen and bed . There was false advertisement. Address was wrong . It took me more than half a day to find the place because place is called Cancun Plaza not ocean view apartment. I do not recommend this place all kitchen equipments were not functioning such as microwave no coffee no water for guest

Unsanitary conditions such as human fluids all over the bathroom toilet , hair on the bed, kitchen was dirty and sticky, check in and out in less than 5 minutes the worst was the management, extremely rude and not willing to help on any way please avoid this place if you can it ruin my entire vacation trip

Dirty sheets and blankets, house keeping almost nonexistent and very poor communication on getting things and voicing complaints

There was mold in the sugar and coffee jars.

The smell

Great location, pool and beach. Fantastic view from the balcony! Lots of dining options nearby and taxis are always close to take you anywhere you want to go. Only improvement suggestion would be for housekeeping to change sheets and towels more often.

I will recommend and also will stay here on my next visit if they have rooms available

We stay for 10 days Very nice area No kids… very quiet, grocery on the property and restaurant Local bus nearby. Room was perfect The only things-the property is old and need renovation Beach and infinity pool is nice

I don't recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff was very rude, from the security to the pool bartender. The receptionist told my husband that they wasn't going to help him to bring our luggages to our room because we didn't book through their website. We had to bring our 4 luggages to our room because we booked through hotel.com. (unbelievable) The room is outdating. At 2:30 am was a couple fighting and knocking the walls for about 10 minutes, then they went to the hallway and started to scream at each other. Called the front desk and no one answered me. Luckly, I was there for only one night,otherwise I would have to go to another hotel and loose my money.

I feel compelled to share my experience after our stay. This location is not as described. We made several attempts to utilize the airport transportation as listed on the property profile with no response, we ended up paying $85 for a 15 minute ride from the airport. We requested early check in, also no response. As we were waiting the front desk offered to show us around the property. We ate at the on-site restaurant which was the only good thing from our stay. During our tour of the property the person touring us, Enrique, took us to the tour booking center and quoted us $70 for a round trip including ferry ticket to Holbox island (Holbox Island was the reason for our trip). We decided to book this after dropping our bags. Unfortunately, he went home and the gentleman assisting us now quoted us $89/each after we were shown the price in the binder by Enrique just an hour prior. They ended up calling Enrique and fought to honor the price but finally gave in. The condo, the extremely narrow staircase in the unit is barely large enough to get a standard check in bag through. there was a trail of bugs coming from the ceiling. The shower drain was clogged and would overflow when showering. There were white liquid stains on the nightstand. Brought this info to the front desk and was told it’ll be checked tomorrow because no one was on-site to assist. We couldn’t stay so we left and still have not heard from the property. This room had a wonderful 180° view of the beach. The bathroom faucet is not properly placed compared to the sink bowl, therefore water spills on the counter and onto the floor. All you have to do is lay a towel down to dry your feet off everytime you use the bathroom. The walls are thin. You can hear alot of noise coming from the room next door (I was woken up at 6am a few mornings). They clean the room every day, give you clean towels every 2 days. I over slept one day and they knocked (I failed to hear the knock), when I woke up I asked if I could just get some clean towels. The cleaning lady said yes but when I returned to my room they didn't leave me any. Every single day that I left early enough for them to clean the room though, I had no problems. Also, it would have been nice to have some blackout curtains for when you want to sleep in because the sun really shines into that room. Also, no airport shuttle.

The host was late for our check-in and made us wait outside for an hour just to get the key and she wasn't answering her phone when we arrived. Host was not clear about check-out time. Room was NOT what we booked online, we booked a room with a patio and did not get that.

The property owner will try to contact over the email. But he won’t share the details to enter the property. We reached around 11 pm at night as we flew from Washington to cancun and the officer at the security checkpost said the property owner haven’t shared our name and we won’t be able to enter the property. My reservation was for 3 days. I messaged the property owner but he didn’t replied back. I requested hotels.com to ask for a refund as i was not staying at the property. The property owner rejected the refund request and still i am calling hotels.com in several occasions to get the refund. The property owner is very rude and non responsive and will take money without providing any service.

Me and my wife had an amazing stay here. Andrea was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The apartment is in a great location of the hotel zone and with beautiful views of the beach. I highly recommend stay long here!

The room that they offered us did not correspond with the characteristics of the rented. It had no balcony or 180 degree view, neither did the sofa. We were given a lower room. They gave us a username and password for Wi-Fi that never worked, which made us have to buy internet cards to communicate. The man who checked in could not explain why they did not assign us what was paid, he said that he was only an intermediary, but he did not communicate to those responsible what was happening to us. From the next morning we tried to contact the owners and we never had an answer to our complaints. Communication has been lousy with no responses to our complaints. I ask you to value the refund of the difference between what was received and what was paid. On the other hand, I do not recommend renting this hotel to future clients.
