I was worried because of the poor reviews, but it's really great! It seems like the people who wrote bad reviews haven't been to capsule hotels before. The location is great, and since we were talking about cleanliness, I think they intentionally didn't provide a separate bed pad and had guests make their own. You'll need to bring your own towels and toothbrush. Shampoo, body wash, cleansing foam, a hair dryer, and deodorant are all provided, as well as a separate dining area and washing machine.

the staff are can communicate in English. the room is very clean and have space for large luggage (but share with other). If you are a backpacker and you want to stay near Dotonburi and get the night life experience, I recommend you to stay here!!!

The room was clean. Staffs are change everyday. Sometimes they're nice to you, sometimes not, but overall okay.

Hopefully we can stay again sometime soon.

The place is okay strategic, but there are staff who are not very pleasant, and when I was unlucky I met someone who snored really loudly. The bathroom and toilet are really okay. It's just a room. You bring your own amenities

Clean, neat, complete, friendly, near the center of the crowd.

Positive - strategic location of Shinsaibasi area - nearest subway exit Shinsaibashi 4-b or Nagahoribashi 7 - can have breakfast bread even though order without breakfast - bathroom is clean (soap, shampoo) - laundry facilities and dryer pay around 300 yen. Negative - no towels - paid laundry facilities (detergent).

Everything went well. Facilities I got as described on app. The bad side of staying in hostel is we need to keep silent on doing everything in our room. Overall, I recommend this hostel for those who will stay in a good place in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.

I love white hostel near Shinsaibashi & Dotonbori. But I hope they use a vacuum to clean the bedroom & the floor. I can see the dust everywhere when someone put the sheets on the bed. Sometimes can smell shoe odor, maybe should put outside. People make noise When storing luggage plastic is annoying. I hope better next time when I come back to white hostel. I love this hostel so much ;)

One of the best places to stay in Osaka especially if you are opt for city center, this is the place to be! will definitely stay here again next time!!
