Location is spot on, right in the centre of Bath. The apartment is big and clean. It was really hot when we stayed and we couldn’t open the windows as it’s right above the bus stop so noisy and cigarette smells came up if the windows are open. The fan in there was really noisy and when asked for a spare one, was given one that doesn’t really produce air. When cleaning they only took rubbish away despite towels on the bathroom floor. Lucky we only stayed for 2 nights.

Location is good , bed comfy and lovely place . There are a lot of stairs . My electricity went off and fridge and cooker didn’t work - there is no reception help after 5pm just a number to call ! ( no help at all )

Very very very noisy. And hot. Had to choose between leaving windows open and noise from street or closing windows and turning very loud fan on as it was boiling. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. But a nice, clean appartment.

Other than the heat and noise from the outside (the windows face a bus stop), we enjoyed our stay.

Hard to blame the property, but the unit was extremely hot (heat wave) and extremely noisy. We opened the windows, immediately above a busy Tesco and a bus stop. People talking, partying, until very late made for a poor sleep. But, the accommodation was clean, modern and stylish.

This is a great hotel room./apartment room for a small family. It was perfectly located in the center of Bath and had everything that you could need. There is no actual reception and everything was done on iPads or through the Internet. The only thing that was disappointing was that our stay was during a particularly hot time and there is no air conditioning in the room, just some fans that seemed to just blow the hot air around. Our room was on the third floor, which made it even hotter. It’s probably a good idea for the hotel to invest in some small air-conditioning units, at least in the upper floors!

The appartment was clean, well equiped with everything I needed. I was very tired and confused upon my arrival, the staff were easy to contact and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, thermal spa, and rail station. I felt secure and didnt have any issues with noise. They don't have an elevator, which I knew when I booked. I would stay here again.

Did not meet expectations; property did not match advertising; poor amenities; dangerous steps inside the room; unbelievably noisy and very basic. Nothing ‘luxury’ about the property, and the reality did not match the expense. Booked for 3 nights and left after 1.

Excellent location. Apartment is spacious and well appointed with amenities. Very comfortable. Cool way to check in - electronically. Submit details then you have 10 minutes to get to your room which is unlocked for you. Very cool. Walking distance to everything is very close as it is central. Modern and very comfortable

The stay was amazing - though there was no air and the days were 80+ before we checked in, so the space was stuffy and no fan was available. Our only issue is that we did not receive a pin for the front door before arriving, so we struggled to make our way into the alcove to check in. Everything else was great! Bath is a great place to be and to explore.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel apartment. The check-in set up is unique as all remote, but it worked out great. The room is set up like an apartment loft, and was so convenient to all the sights in Bath. Easy walk from the train station and located one or two blocks away from Roman Bath museum, the Bath Abbey, and the Bath Therme Spa. On a busy one-way street on the edge of the pedestrian zone, so lots of busses stopping out front, but didn't hear any traffic noise in the room. Bed was super comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

The position in the centre of Bath couldn’t be better. Unassuming from the outside of the building, when we entered the apartment it had the wow factor. Big, bright and modern. Nespresso coffee machine with extra pods freely available along the corridor. Only criticism is that the sofa bed, while large, wasn’t the most comfy as it wasn’t very padded- but we crashed out after an amazing night watching Robbie Williams at the Royal Crescent. Most conveniently situated above a Tesco Express

Lovely two nights in this beautiful very well equipped apartment. Only one thing I would say, it was a little noisy out the front as it’s by a busy bar and part of town. It didn’t bother us but it may some people. Overall I’d say there again. Thank you

We had an okay stay - the apartment was a nice space, the bed comfortable and the kitchen area was handy (although a lack of decent equipment including minimal glasses, and a frying pan that needs replacing). It’s very clean lines (not cosy at all) and the sofa bed squeaks when you sit on it. The shower wasn’t hot, lukewarm at best. And we could hear a lot of noise both from the street below and other guests. For the price, it was lacking. We’ve stayed in Bath many many times and this is the least good (yet most expensive) stay we’ve had. OK, at best.

Great apartment, fully equipped and walking distance to shops, pubs, attractions, etc. The only negative with such a central location is that it’s noisy from the street below. Apart from that, this apartment was great.
