Staying in this 'Guestbnb' was hardly a friendly experience. It was like staying at a Catholic boarding school. The company uses fear of fines fines fines and I felt like I would be charged to breathe in this place. It was very unhospitable in that sense. It made start feeling like every pre-existing non-perfect condition they were going to charge me for. The space itself was nice enough but it was overshadowed by fear of fines. The shower fan vent was EXTREMELY dirty and there were no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen. I did have to call prior to check in and the human on the phone was pleasant. That saved them from lower ratings.

- Heat for first night would not go down, despite lowering temperature. Very uncomfortable. - Shades do no block light from street - Bed is too small and feet hit end of bed's metal foot - Turning lights off disabled electrical outlet near bed.

Hôtel bien situé et calme par contre la propreté laisse à désirer, bouche d'aération de salle de bain sale, vaisselle rudimentaire malgré l'électroménager au top, manque d'une banquette pour se poser et une bouche d'aération dans la chambre bruyante de plus il est interdit d'utiliser la machine à laver et le sèche linge.
