Being a boutique hotel, it's a reasonable place in a location like Arakli, a very nice place in terms of price and quality. The staff are friendly, sincere and warm. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Of course, there are some shortcomings, but it's a very nice environment. Ms. Elvan liked it.

We called to make a reservation, but they asked for a 500 TL deposit via bank transfer. They told us there were no better hotels in the area. We were fooled by the positive reviews we saw on Google. The moment we stepped into the room, we were greeted with a strong odor and intense humidity. Despite the air conditioning working, it couldn't cool us even a single degree, and we couldn't sleep all night due to the heat. The shower hose in the bathroom came loose, leaving us with nothing to do. The next morning, we were completely dehydrated; the water had been cut off, and showering was impossible. Hygiene and comfort are nil! I absolutely do not recommend it; it's a waste of your time and money.

I stayed at the Ferah Hotel for four nights and was very pleased. I contacted Caner Bey and made a reservation the first night, and he was very helpful; I needed accommodation urgently, and he, and later his father, were very understanding and helpful. Security is important to me, and I had no problems. After my first stay, I continued to stay there and didn't even consider anything else. The rooms were comfortable and clean. This was my first time in Trabzon, and I'm so happy to have stayed in such a nice place and met such nice people. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏼
