Breakfast adequate. Our room looked over the road. Reception staff were lovely but man behind bar a bit dismissive and not polite. Nice loacation onto a lake.

L aspirateur et la porte ouverte des gérants, le va et vient pendant que l on prend le the avec un petit 3° sympa. Très bon emplacement de l hôtel. Petit déjeuner normal pour un 3*.

Lake view was enjoyable, and easy walking to downtown Hossegor and the ocean.

Toujours un très bel établissement. Un petit loupé lors de la réservation via la plate-forme hôtels.com, mais qui va se résoudre. Attention toutefois, la baignoire de notre salle de bains (chambre 1121) n’était pas très propre. En revanche, le personnel est très agréable, serviable, et cherchant la satisfaction des clients. L’espace SPA est très agréable. La partie restauration de bonne qualité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

The location was excellent with beautiful views. The bedroom was clean but just okay. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good

i will never come back. because of room service (no passage a day for bed) too long check in (more than 2 hours late) no apaologies no compensation
