The apartment is clean, comfortable and children are also happy to go anywhere.

Difficult to check-in. The key apprentice is not there until he has to wait at 4 pm for a new arrival to hold the key.

The TV in the room can't be turned on because it only uses one nex media. It's just strange that there's a TV but it can't be used, it's better not to have it at all. WiFi slow c * k. Ah just checked in already like this, hiks.

the unit has 3 rooms but I am only allowed to use 1 room as according to the person my booking at app is for 1 room (listing doesn’t specify number of room etc). But, I’m allowed to use 2 toilets available in the unit. Later, I found out that the room I am allowed to use comes with leaking aircond, contacted and waited for 30mins before he finally turned-up and suggested to put a pile under the leaking aircond (above the room entrance door). Avoid booking this unit (G-08, Montreal Montana Tower). It is rundown and different from descriptions at web. I felt cheated the moment I step in the unit. Also, they requested for refundable deposit of idr500,000 but no receipt issued to me. Also, requested for copy of my passport (not stated in description). For 3 nights I am paying, I am very much disappointed. The only plus point - apartment is connected to Casablanka Mall, very convenient.

Close to Coke Mall, who likes shopping, recommended.

Comfortable, the facilities are quite complete, can go back and forth to coke. The shower was damaged, there was no bathtub, the remote was broken, the difficulty at check-in was because it was not given a contact person.
