Clean property

we liked how modern it was and clean. it was also in a great loacation right in front of coco bongo so if ur ok with noise at night then no problem. when we got there we didnt have a fridge so we had to wait for the next day for them to install it and by the time we got back to the hotel the next day at night it was installed but not plugged in lol. we were never able to figure out our safe situation since we were having problems with it but its fine. everything else was great

one of the nicest inexpensive hotels that found in Playa del Carmen. and the staff is very nice

No Parking!!! Site says there is free parking , but there is not. You have to try and park on the street which is super crowded and have to pay for it, or have to park in a lot which you also have to pay for. Nothing crazy, but not free. Room was amazing though, super clean and nice. Close to everything, workers there were friendly and helpful just didn’t speak English.

The hotel Had no outside signage making it very difficult to find. The check in clerk need some Customer skills training . Staff was helpful Large room with 2 double beds .

We had a short stay before flying out of Tulum. Location is awesome very short walk to 5th avenue but far enough to not be super noisy. Room was good size with 2 big beds. Bathroom was good sized too Japanese restaurant below was great too. Pool / rooftop was bit of a letdown. Pool needs maintenance and there is no shade over pool or lounges so way too hot to hang out for more than a few minutes. Would recommend if just want a room and don’t need a pool or breakfast.

I booked this hotel because it stated breakfast was included with the booking when i checked in i was told it was not included. that i would have to go to the restaurant and ask which was down the street at another hotel. the next morning i went and they told me i would not be getting my breakfast included with my stay. they told me i would have to call Expedia and work it out with them. very disappointing

Room was big and very comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, and we really like the keyless entry.

Good location, room had a bit of a sewage odour intermittenly. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Hotel hallways a little on the dark side. Ok for the price.

Great location 1 block from the beach and right in the best spot for shopping and eating!! I would stay there again. It was a great find and a great value! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great location and comfortable bed

What was advertised is not what I experienced. Mold on the pool furniture, pool was dirty the entire stay -pool furniture was dusty. Room was mid, light fixtures and walls were dirty. The entire hotel was too dim, not safely lit at all.

Walkable, clean, quiet. Not staffed 24 hrs, concerns, issues, inquiry is thru whats app messaging, front and room door is thru an app link sent to your phone, safety issue right there.

Great property in a perfect location, rooms are spacious comfortable beds very automatizated check in if you arrive late don't panic just send what's app to the phone number they provide they will be there, carefull the showers are slippery

Jackie was an excellent hostess for our month with the marquee. The hotel is central and feels luxurious! Rooms are large, bed was comfortable, shower was excellent.

Modern and sleek property, great staff and super comfortable bed. Downside, pool bar was closed, and the stairway was very dark and a little dangerous to be honest as the walls were a rough stone and no handrail. Be careful and alert.

That change my reservation to the Calixta hotel, is in the same family group of Marquee hotel, but was nice after all, I will like to mention that the people at the Calixta was friendly and nice, however I will like the next time do not be change of my hotel choice.
