This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave

Great selection of quality food for the breakfast and dinner buffet. Very courteous staff and wonderful service. A lot of spa activities. However most of the spa staff can’t do proper massage. I had the worst reflexology- pretty much it was just spreading the oil on my feet. Only Angel is worth booking.

Amazing hotel with great SPA facilities

Perfect place to stay for relax and spa. The range of spa facilities is great, the pool is very clean and the staff is very friendly.The location is great - close to a pine forest which makes air fresh, especially in the nights.

We had a lovely time. Excellent service and food, as well as friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday unforgettable, especially to Dimka Milusheva - SPA manager. We highly recommend Arte hotel and will definitely return.

The stay in hotel Arte was wonderful! The service is great, always with a smile. The food is delicious and fresh. The pools are great for adults as well as for small children. There are a lot of facilities and activities for small children. Best hotel ever! I will come back in the future!

Really helpful and polite staff, nice pool area and spa facilities. Good restaurant, well organized, excellent breakfast. The only ‘problem’ is the functionality of the room furniture - not as convinient as I would like.

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο για ξεκούραση.Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο.Το σπα πλήρες και καθαρο.Το φαγητό πολυ καλό και ο μπουφές πλήρες και ποιοτικός.Στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου υπήρχε επίσης παιδότοπος, κομμωτήριο,είδη δώρων και ηλεκτρονικα παιχνίδια.

הגענו למלון במטרה לנוח ולהנות מהבריכות והספא. הספא עצמו נחמד, כולל חדר כושר קטן . היינו במלון 5 לילות , חצי פנסיון. ארוחת בוקר וערב , טובות , לא מתאימות לצמחונים/ טבעונים , בגלל חוסר במנות כאלה. בארוחת ערב , אין שתיית מים בכלל , רק בתשלום!!! במלון ספא רצוי שמים יהיו נגישים וחופשיים במהלך כל היום. אין שתייה חמה בארוחת ערב. לשמחתי קבלתי קומקום לחדר , אך מן הראוי שיהיו בחדרים ערכות קפה/ תה/ חלב

Super kinderfreundliches Hotel. Großer SPA Bereich mit unterschiedlichen Textil-Saunen. Essensbuffet war hervorragend.
