great breakfast, with a lot of options including a chef to make omelette. the rooms and beds are perfect. even the TP is top quality. Heating floor in the bathroom and quiet AC. Expresso coffee maker in the rooms. it is one of the best hotel money can buy (excluding, of course, the fancy one like Banff fairmont, Washington Waldorf Astoria and similar 5 stars).

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced at any property so far—the fresh bakery items were truly the highlight. The spa was also wonderful, very well managed, and incredibly relaxing. I would absolutely love to visit again.

I have been here many many times and never have I had any issues before. During the cold winter, the main sliding door is locked and we can only get in using a side door making it difficult bring in our luggage with a caddy. Also, the parking is not the best. It’s mostly on gravel and to often, cars are parked wherever for longer periods… Many times, I have told the staff about it and no improvements seem possible… 😒

Great stay overall! The place smelled amazing and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Beds were super comfy and the rooms are fairly soundproof. Super convenient location with lots of food choices nearby if ever you don’t want room service. Would stay again!

I've been here multiple times but this time is different. Before, the jacuzzi located outside is include as a freebies but now, you need to pay for it. About the room, well, it is cozy but my concern is the exhaust in the washroom. The smell stayed inside the room which I don't like on it. I hope the management will improve it.
