Nice facility. Really close to the Borussia Monchengladbach stadium although not real close to town. Only issue I had was wifi didn't work for most of the stay there.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Nice property and location.

This hotel is very much over priced and snobbish. The restaurant hung up on me when I called to order room service saying they were busy. No ironing board available in the hotel, how do business guest cope? No tea or coffe making facilities in rooms.

Stayed here 3 nights on a business trip. Great location for the company we were visiting, else a bit out of the way! Hotel staff is very nice and friendly, hotel is in great condition with good spacious room and sitting area and bathroom. However, no restaurants close to the hotel. Went for dinner the second night to downtown Munchengladbach - and couldn't get Uber back - but, luckily with the help of a couple of nice cops, got a cab! Either due to a mistake on my part or by Hotels.com or the hotel staff, got charged for breakfast when I thought it was part of the deal. Have to still sort that out with Hotels.com. But got charged Euro 90 for 2 days of breakfast for 2 people. I think that is EXCESSIVE - especially when they did not have a hot buffet or an extensive spread. While it was adequate, it was NOT worth Euro 22.50 per meal per person. Overall, a good place to stay on a business trip only - if you have work close by! Maybe it's just me - but avoid the breakfast - even tho, as you will see from the last picture, it is very nice! :) Staff is awesome - very nice and friendly and welcoming - no complaints there.

The hotel was really nice staff very professional very helpful and most of all very friendly if i went to monchengladbach again i wouldnt stay here for me it is to far from the city centre and there is nothing else near there no shops or bars only the stadium

Great place to stay over to break up drive to Holland. We enjoyed so much we stayed another night. Great restaurants in Hotel, a littleness pricey, but if you want to enjoy a great dinner with great atmosphere this is the place!

Die Lage war für den Sparkassenpark perfekt, das Zimmer sehr groß und wirkten sauber. In der der Dusche fiel leider der Duschkopf von der Wand, da hatte ich doch Zweifel an der Reinigung, denn da hätte man das gemerkt, da beim Einschalten deutlich unkontrolliert Wasser gespritzt hat. Allerdings waren alle Getränke in der Mini Bar war, der Kühlschrank schien nicht zu kühlen und roch unangenehm. Entgegen der vorherigen Angaben, war keiner zum Check In vor Ort, was wir dann telefonisch mit einem Schlüsseltresor klären konnten. Morgens für den Check Out musste ich auch Personal beim Frühstücksraum suchen.

es ist ein kleines Juwel am Rande der Stadien ( Fußball und Hocky am Ende eines kleine Parks . Leider infölge der Service -Kräftemangel keine Abendgastronomie . Aber es gab 1 Gutschein für Getränke nach Wahl im Restaurant La Paretta gleicher Besitzer Sehr empfehlenswert l

Nice Hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast. Away from the center but perfect if you wanna go to the stadium. Only real downside. No one there if you arrive late and no air conditioning. It was really hot the days i soent there and the temperature in the room was unbearable

Good location for soccer and concerts in the Nordpark area.

Wär ein gutes Hotel sucht egal ob Business odet zum Fußballspiel bei Borussia Mönchengladbach dann ist dieses 4 Sterbe Hotel ein muss! Gerne komme ich wieder hier her.

Tolles Hotel, von dem man fußläufig den Sparkassenpark erreichen kann. Schönes Zimmer mit tollem Bad, Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Der Check-in und Check-out hat schnell und reibungslos geklappt. Das Deluxe-Zimmer bietet viel Platz und die hohen Decken schaffen ein tolles Raumgefühl. Einzig das Badezimmer ist etwas eng, aber bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt war das nicht weiter schlimm. Für Besucher von Veranstaltungen im Borussia- oder Sparkassenpark ist die Lage unschlagbar.
