2 very lumpy pillows 2 ok pillows. Long wait for bacon then no eggs another long wait. Good choice of fruit at breakfast overall would stay again

no air conditioning, no iron and for the price paid very poor

Great hotel right next to Telford International centre. The rooms are a little tired but the bed was very comfortable, with pillow choice too. The shower was amazing, powerful!!! Breakfast was very average. We requested a quiet room in what was a full hotel and we got it, end of corridor, no noise at all as we were next to what I think was a boiler or linen room, no neighbour!! We would stay there again, especially we paid £90/night for 2 adults and a child (2 double beds).

Stayed for a night — staff were honestly great, really friendly and helpful. The place itself is a bit dated, decor-wise, and breakfast was a bit limited on hot options. That said, it did the job for a short stay. I’d stay again if I needed to, but probably not for more than a night or two.

Ideal location for International Centre and Telford Shopping Centre.

Very comfortable good value and well located hotel with a warm welcome, friendly staff, comfortable room, and good breakfast. Easy parking on site too. Great find.

Staff were excellent, both friendly and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean, from the room and bathroom to the communal and breakfast areas. The electric car charging was very good and the staff knew how it worked - which is not always the case but a huge bonus if you have an issue! We stayed to attend a funeral and had a long journey, so the ironing facilities and tea and coffee in the room were great additions for us too. I’m unlikely to need to stay in this area in the future, but I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was to be in this area. It was very reasonably priced for the standard and facilities available.

Cleanliness was ok- few errant hairs in the bathroom, sheets were crisp and fresh. However the bed's condition was poor - the mattress had a huge divot in the middle so much so we kept sliding down into it. Shower temp was lukewarm and unable to get hotter. We only had to stay for one night so for the closeness to the international center and the included breakfast -which was quite a nice spread- it was fine.

Room very tired, lots of little dead bugs around too. Breakfast disappointing, run out of plates, then cutlery, then coffee… and so it continued.

It was great. Staff lovely, room spacious , easy car parking.

We travel to Telford a lot for family reasons. This is an excellent hotel. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are well appointed and comfortable. We have always found the staff to be helpful an very polite. This is our preferred hotel when we visit Telford

Good value stop over visiting family. Hot and cold breakfast options. 10 mins walk to various food outlets on the evening.10mins to iron bridge next morning.

Stayed at this property several times before and had no issues. The room was ridiculously hot (temperature controlled by hotel). Also layers of dust in the wardrobe!
