Really enjoyed staying here

What an amazing breakfast. Very, very clean, small room but nice. Excellent stuff.

Very nice and quiet location close to the main town stroll. Breakfast buffet with variety of cold cuts, cheeses and good espresso. Rooms clean and good size. The only drawback were mattresses with hard and sticking out springs. Overall solid good 👍

Amazing hotel, great location and lovely staff

Very good hotel, extremely spacious room with a large balcony. We loved our experience. Our flight arrived late in Krakow and all I had to do was send a message and the hotel staff left my key in a safe place for me to pick up. Very friendly staff and a fresh breakfast with a good range of options, not a huge breakfast but perfect for us.

Very nice accommodation, easy walk to the main shopping street. Clean & tidy with an excellent breakfast to start the day. Staff all very friendly & helpful, they suggested we visit a restaurant which turned out to be superb.Throughly enjoyed out stay in Zakopane.

Attentive and friendly staff. Good and comfortable room, nice breakfast selection. Also, great location, near the bus/train station, ski slopes and the main street with restaurants and shopping area.

Arrived late due to weather conditions .was emailed entry proceedure.Little difficult as room numbers in strange lay out .

Nice place, rich in history, with great staff and a regionally traditional breakfast. Quiet, but a bit far and uphill from the train station and main district.

Nice hotel with good location. Friendly staff 10 minutes walk to Krupówki 1 minutes walk to Carrefour and not far to Wielka Krokiew. Also on the same street is very good bar mleczny

Good hotel. Excellent location and breakfast. Friendly personnel. Great prices. The only negative thing: we stayed there several days and our room was never cleaned. Towels were changed only once - after we had to ask for new ones.

Excellent stay for the price, quiet location and very comfortable rooms. The staff prepared us a breakfast to go for our early departure. I would definitely come again!

Very nice, clean hotel. Great good for breakfast

The parking situation on the property is a disaster. We had to park across the street. Rooms are small, beds are super uncomfortable with spring matresses (bedding was very clean), wifi is terrible. We opened windows only to smell cigarette smoke coming from someone smoking right in front of the building. The breakfast, though plentiful, made us cringe in fear of getting COVID. No one was wearing masks or gloves. The place is OK for a student backpacking, but not for a professional, mature traveler. Pictures were misleading. There are two active constructions on both side of the property.

Nice place, big room, very clean

I stayed for five days. The first three days the trash wasn't removed and towels wasn't changed. After my appellation on the desk, the stuff answer it was "because of covid restriction". Room was small with very narrow beds. On the second floor, no elevator. Fitness room was locked all the time. Lobby was renovated with marble exterior and fish tank, but luggage room is located in basement (one floor down by steps!) so we decided living our bags at the reception desk. After conversation the lady allowed us to live the luggage near her. Parking was free, but small and pack with cars. I kept my car out of hotel. I visited this place first and last time. Never more.

Staff was really nice and overall the place was clean; except for the tea cattle - if you enjoy tea :). On the downside, the breakfast buffet tends to run out quickly so better go there earlier, or risk to not have anything left (we went downstairs at around 9:20 and there was nothing left; breakfast is from 7am - 10 am). The bed was also quite soft, but i guess that's more of a personal preference thing.
