The staff was terrific and made the stay a great experience. Location is perfect with a parking garage just across from the hotel.

We live in the UK and had booked a trip to stay at Herman K. Unfortunately, due to a last-minute UK evisa issue, we were unable to leave the country and make our trip. The hotel team was incredibly kind and understanding throughout our communication. They showed great flexibility and generously agreed to move our booking to a later date. We’re very grateful for their support and professionalism, and we look forward to staying with them in the near future.

Beautiful hotel in central Copenhagen. Very nice staff. Very comfortable room. The breakfast was outstanding!! Close walk to the heart of Copenhagen. Easy access to the Metro. We had a wonderful stay here and would be happy to come back.

This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely close to the city center. It is easy to get to on the metro. If you are looking for a busy hotel with people in the lobby having a drink this hotel likely isn’t it. I felt like I was the only person staying there during my visit.

Staff were Great

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Copenhagen. Arriving late the first night, we pretty much just wanted to go right to bed. We found a couple of things that we needed did not work and alerted the front desk the next morning. We were offered the only available room which was exceptionally comfortable, they moved our luggage while we were out and we were thrilled with the new accommodation especially since it was an anniversary trip.

Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. They provide a very basic breakfast but you cannot get lunch or dinner there. The gym and spa Is located in a separate building which again doesn’t meet 5 star standards. The staff are very friendly. My air conditioning was really loud and i Was unable to turn off in my room it is controlled at reception. The team stated because they were ce really located that is why they did not have lunch/dinner/room service options which again does not strike me as a 5 star service. Not worth the money you pay for the room

Perfect location and great service.

A great hotel in a great location in the busy centre of Copenhagen. Nicely renovated, the loft style 5th floor rooms were great with sloping roofline windows for natural lighting. Close, walking distance to lots of shopping and cafes and restaurants. The room air conditioning was very noisy with the controls being hard to regulate the temperature. All of the front reception area staff were super helpful and friendly and ready to chat which was nice to see.

Beautiful hotel, very modern. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the free water. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. We would gladly stay again!
