I liked Everything!

First time and me and family enjoyed thanks 😊

The room was supposed to be for 8 people but our 7 people were very cramped. The Murphy bed and pull out sofa were awful looking with brown stains all over and dirt all over. We made due because we arrived late and were exhausted and only there 3 nights. The balconies were unusable most of the time because of the pot smell, vape smell or those dumpster diving. Our children couldnt even sit out there due to the strong pot smell. There was also the homeless man living on the walk way that seemed to be on drugs as we walked to the beach each day. Yesterday the couple in the room beside us fought from 2 p.m. - 12 a.m. Which included kicking the door so hard it shook our room, the male took a running start from the elevator to try to break the door down, slamming each other against the wall connected to our room, crying so loud we could hear the female when we were on the beach and then she proceeded to the beach screaming and crying and then into the alleyway. At one point, we couldn't leave our room because the lady was outside kicking the door and screaming to be let in. Our children were frightened all evening. We were woken up all night by their screaming and or crying.  The beach and water were in awful shape because of the work they were doing on the pier. It made for merky waters and hard to walk on the beach with all the debris that was washing up.

Overall everything was as presented online. Large rooms.

The setup was amazinggggg....will choose this location again when traveling back to myrtle beach. The access codes worked and parking passes where already available when arriving. The bed was soft and comfortable.

Booked a room for 8 people and there was only 3 blanket..for 8 people...room was pretty clean amd everyhting was okay had to contcat people about door coor to get into the hotel as it wasnt provided...inly preety much w ejad was not enough blankets.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The pictures are deceiving & do not look like that! We also did not have any hot water in our unit and they could not relocate us until AFTER we told them we were ending our stay early.

The room was really nice, but the floors felt like they haven’t been swept! Walking through the unit without shoes on was horrible! My feet would get covered in sand! I know it’s beside the beach, but I have stayed at Myrtle before and this is a first time experience for this! Also the living area needs to be when you walk in and the bedroom needs to be where the sliding door is. Layout was weird. Other than that it was a good stay!

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WAS WALKING DISTANCE, THE VIEW WAS THE BEST PART.

The pools were cleaned in the morning which is good but they dont clean the hot tubs which were dirty and the lazy river wasnt the clean either but overall everything else was good and i really liked it may comeback next year!

We didn’t like the room we got furniture was broken it was dirty and we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our room even the pool was dirty even though it was cleaned and the people cleaning the pool were very slow the pool was supposed to be cleaned by 10:00 but they only started cleaning the pool at 10:00 and people were smoking in their houses on the balcony even though it said no smoking we didn’t like our stay there and we won’t be coming back to the Boardwalk resort. We don’t recommend it

This is a great place to bring family for a summer get away’ everything was awesome!

The condo I booked was privately own with in the hotel which was unaware of because nothing tells you any of this until you arrive at the location.. which then the actual hotel people will not help you with anything they tell you contact your host which there was no way of getting a hold of the host no number or nothing … now on to the condo it was clean but a bit run down stove outdated and does not work.. no hot water tub pictures does not match the description on booking fridge shelves broke and cabinets tore up and old….now on to the hotel property there are no attendants anywhere to enforce outside people from swimming and kinda not safe for family’s every time you go out on balcony it reeks of smoke smell because no one enforces anything there

Pros= Suite was very roomy, plenty of beds 4-Total, Lil OutDated but clean. Pools were Clean. Cons=Would be nice if there was a restroom in pool area somewhere. Also Lazy River Jets dont work. Enjoyed our stay, Family of 5.

Unit wasn’t as pictured. It was dirty, run down and smelled of urine.

It was a beautiful waking up to the sound of the ocean but my boyfriend woke up to being biting by bed bugs and then seen baby roaches in the kitchen. So stay here at your own risk
