The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming from the start. We made a last minute phone reservation when our reservation at another local hotel was abruptly canceled. They graciously booked us for 4 nights. Our Italian is very limited, but a couple of staff members speak English, and we managed quite well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is most accommodating. We had breakfast there every day, and enjoyed their 4 course dinner 3 out of 4 nights. The food is fresh, tasty and nicely served. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who might be visiting Guardia. Our stay was delightful!

Real Asturias Hotel is a nice quiet place. We had a stop over for our road trip and the staff was so lovely. He spoke very good english and accommodated us very well. My favourite part was the chilli and salami he made us try as a welcome gift.

The property is in an excellent location: next to the spa, on a hill, between the mountains and the sea just a short distance away. We stayed for two weeks in August, four of us. It's a hotel run by a lovely family. To say they were welcoming and very helpful is an understatement. Excellent cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients. An excellent location for a pleasant summer break, strategically located near the famous Guardia Piemontese spa and just a few kilometers from the Occitan village, where you can visit the well-maintained and well-kept 12th-century village and admire the breathtaking view. The rooms are newly renovated, beautiful, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food is excellent, and the breakfast, featuring carefully prepared desserts, is unforgettable.
