Across the square from the Barberini metro- nice location. Beautiful 1 bedroom. College son slept on nice cot in living room.

Modern, comfortable hotel in an excellent location with very helpful staff.

Small boutique hotel with only about 14 rooms but excellent location with free breakfast. Near the Hard Rock restaurant and the US Embassy. I counted 10 cafes and restaurants within a block radius. Center city location near the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain.

Great location. Our room was photogenic and comfortable. It was clean, except that it had an infestation of fruit flies. Check in/out was not smooth. The front door, room door and elevator required tricks to operate. The safe did not work properly. The shower drained poorly.

The property was in such a great position of major attractions and the staff were fabulous nothing was too much trouble to them

Palazzo Caruso was a very chic, boutique hotel in central Rome. It was 5 minutes to Piazza Spagna and many other historical sites. Because it was my birthday they upgraded us to a suite for free. Lovely place feeling homey, elegant, comfortable. Thank you!

Had issue that hotel staff and other guest entered our room at 2:24am and hotel did nothing for us. Woke my wife and I and two young boys scared in the middle the night. No more sleep. Pay for something and expect safe and private room.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend it as a great base for exploring Rome. A particular thank you to Peter who looked after us at breakfast. He cooked amazing food and was extremely polite, chatty and helpful. The balcony for breakfast is a real treat.

From the moment we entered the Palazzo, we had such a personal experience with the staff and the accommodations. Notably, John and Luisa went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and made us feel safe in a city we were unfamiliar with and weren’t sure of how to navigate. Top notch stellar service and hospitality. The Palazzo was in a central location, with metro, subway, taxi right outside the door as well as restaurants, bars, shopping, easily accessible in a short walking distance. The location is superb , and the staff are very friendly and welcoming . I do recommend it for anyone who is in a short stay in Rome .

This 12 room boutique hotel is a hidden gem in Rome. It’s very conveniently located in a safe town square called Palazzo Barberini in downtown Rome. The door to the hotel itself is a bit difficult to find when you first arrive - it’s a glass door locked to those without a keycard. Ring the bell and you will be greeted warmly by one of the EXTREMELY Helpful staff on duty. Hotel is less than a block from a Metro stop and if you’re a tourist just across the street you can find the popular Hop On, Hop Off double decker tourist buses - which is a GREAT way to see the main attractions- or to just get a feel for the city. You can stay on the bus for the full hour & half or get off at the big sites & get back on again when finished. Barberini square (palazzo) is stop #4 on the Green bus line. Walking distance to Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain and other sites. Upon arrival the attendant on duty realized we were tourists and she highlighted the route to the places we wanted to see. At 11PM the night before we left we realized we needed a cab to airport and the attendant on duty was very helpful in scheduling transportation despite the late hour. 60 Euro flat fee to airport as of 2024. I booked the hotel for a few days mid-week and upon arrival was pleasantly surprised to find my wife & I were upgraded to a beautiful suite with large living room, bedroom & bathroom. The room was nice and clean with hand painted designs on the beam ceilings & beautiful unique furniture also.

Besides being very close to tourist spots, clean hotel, they also have the best customer service.
