You get what you pay for and this hotel was a great price for the location. The room I stayed in was so small that it could’ve been the cheapest cruise cabin on a cruise ship. There was no AC and no elevator. Things to keep in mind when considering this property.

We were allocated room 14, this room was in need of a refurbishment in every way, the shower was tiny with no shower wall attachment, although it was clean the carpets were shabby and the room smelt dusty and stale and was very small.

Clean rooms in the center of the city. Short walk to train station surrounded by bars and restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff

the bedroom was exceedingly small, no tea/coffee making facilities & apparently I didn't reserve a parking space, not very clear on the booking reservation form, but the receptionist on duty had a smug look on his face when he told me I hadn't reserved a place. Ended up paying £15.00 in a municiple carpark 5 mins from hotel.

The hotel is very well located near the city centre, down a quiet side road. The rooms are very small even though we had an upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny and was lacking in useful towel rails and had no toilet roll holder so toilet rolls had to be balanced on the side of the wash basin. The sound proofing was poor and we were woken up early both mornings by possibly cleaners in nearby rooms. We used the secure parking which we discovered is not on site but around a corner. The parking used individual garages that are not very high, our Discovery 4 just made it so would not be suitasble for anyone with a roof rack etc. The breakfast, however, was amazing value. We had fruit juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, rolls and mini pancakes with as much tea or coffee as wanted.

Parking great. We were on motorcycles. Breakfast, good value but limited although was just right for us.

The hotel is well located and my room was spotless. The staff are all very polite, kind, and accommodating and breakfast was always a great way to start the day. Thank you to everyone at Hôtel Azur for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable 😃

Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. I’d chosen one of their single rooms so it was small but as advertised and perfectly fine. The hotel is well situated for exploring Reims city centre and close to bars and eateries. Parked car in municipal car park by the Boulingrin indoor market about 5 mins from the hotel which cost less than 4 Euros overnight. Nice simple typical breakfast at the hotel for a very reasonable 10 euro. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Reims again.

Moderate oprion , no elevator, had to choose 1st floor room right at the stairs passage, lots of noise, the bed for a single room was the smallest I have seen since long time, maybe a double room in upper floor for those who want to have a work out up and down the stairs will be better

I did not realize when I was booking this property that I booked the smallest room in the place. It felt like a closet. Also, there is no lift. They said they were bigger rooms, so it’s really hard to comment on the property because I would not stay in this little room again It certainly was within walking distance of the train station and the cathedral

We drove a rental car - took some careful navigating to get to baggage drop off. Paid private parking was worth the money (only 2 euros worth public parking but so much closer). Did not have an elevator. North of center of 'old ville' in Reims, but very convenient to everythuing.

Great little hotel located on a quiet street, easy walk to the train station and center of town. Really nice, welcoming staff. MUST KNOW that there is not an elevator so you may have to walk up many steps with your luggage. We loved our stay here!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, but small and noisy. Be aware there isn’t an elevator and the front desk is not staffed all day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Be sure to check with the hotel if you plan to arrive between noon and 2:30 pm or after 8:30 pm. WIFI is very sketchy, often it was impossible to stay connected for more than 30 seconds.

We were only there for one night on our way home from Italy. Really lovely room. Very nice location. If we are ever in Reims again, we'd definitely stay there again.

Charming hotel located very near the train station. Very conveniently placed for getting around. The rooms are nicely renovated, although on the small side and the bathrooms are a little dated. Slightly odd staffed hours and not very clear how to check out outside of these.
