A beautiful building on the main strip .

Great hotel, very conveniently located. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

Good hotel in the middle of the long market. Great location for tourists for a long weekend. Amenities are good too. Sparkling water from the water points were great

Place was nice but hotel gym really sucks

This was my second time staying at IBB, and it was just as good as the first! The place is super clean, the rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, so it’s easy to get around. The staff are amazing—really friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. Overall, I had another great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Friendly and good breakfast

Location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to the train/bus stations, Moltawa river and all the restaurants/shopping area. I've traveled with my husband, room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The same about bathroom- it was spotless. Staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and be back there in the future

Right in the middel of everything.

Everything was okay, but we arrived 3 hours before check in and had to pay a fee if we wanted to check in earlier

This property was a great find for us. The staff were super helpful and friendly, happy to help us out when needed. We were pleasantly surprised at how modern the hotel was. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was particularly spacious with the walk in shower. The rooms were well heated and the temperatures were easy to control with their modern heating system on the wall in the room. The beds were comfortable enough and the room was very clean. The free apple juice and water in the fridge was welcomed after travelling! Hotel is is a great location and in walking distance of everywhere! Can’t fault it!

3 nights stay for 6 persons and 6 rooms, straight forward check in and good information from the very friendly and helpful young lady (red hair). Throughout staff were friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast on 5th floor, hotel right on the main street. Comfy warm room, good shower and very clean, could do with bigger pillows and an in room safe, there is a safe at reception though. Definitely recommend it for a stay

Awesome hotel and location

Very nice hotel, central location and excellent sized suite room. Staff were helpful. Only negative was the cost of a water. £6 which I felt was very high, as on the Main Street you could get a main meal for approx £10.

Really convenient place to stay in the old city. Incredibly walkable area with many places to eat close. We stayed over Christmas and it was very easy to pop around the Christmas markets and go home easily. The rooms were very clean. They had a mini-fridge and mini-kettle so over Christmas we could stock up on snacks for when things close. There was no safe for valuables/passports but there was plenty of room for our things. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Many spoke English after our broken attempts at Polish which was very helpful. They were also able to call us a taxi to the airport which had a fixed fee.

This hotel is incredibly well-placed for exploring the city and very comfy to be in. The rooms were nice and clean. There was a fridge and a kettle, so we were able to keep snacks (we were there over Christmas, and many places were shut for dinner to celebrate). There was plenty of space for luggage and coats, but there was no safe in the rooms for passports and such. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Many spoke English after our attempt at broken Polish. They were also able to call us a taxi to the airport which had a fixed rate. Overall a very nice place to stay and a great location for the Christmas Markets and walking around the Old Town. The tram and train station were also within walking distance for exploring further. There were many good restaurants and bars close to the hotel as well.

I did not enjoy this stay. Had trouble sleeping every night because the noise from other rooms, the bottle collection trucks at 3am and there was also banging noises all night that reception said they didn’t know what it was.

Lovely clean hotel very central and very enjoyable breakfast however try and get a room at the front of the hotel as the rooms overlooking the main strip are very noisy with people walking by which is no fault of the hotel

It was a great place to stay, the location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the rooms were modern, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast included and there were loads of different selections to choose from that the staff worked tirelessly to keep replenished when busy. Great for a short break, would definitely stay again and probably wouldn't look elsewhere.

Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff. Rooms are very warm though despite Air Con. No draw spaces just 1 hanging space. But excellent location and we would definitely visit again.
