The hotel is in a prime locaiton. It is very close to Morioka Station, just 4 min walk via subway. It is walkable to all important sightseeing location in the city centre. Staff has kept the hotel very clean.

Nice and comfortable place and the staff is kind

Keep in mind, I'm evaluating this hotel relative to the price I paid. Yes, I had a good overall stay, but only because I paid very little for the room; if I had paid more for the room, I would have been unhappy. I've stayed at many hotels in many different places in Japan, so I'm accustomed to very small rooms. But this room was tiny: I had to step over my suitcase to go back and forth to the very small bathroom, and unpacking and packing was difficult because the room was so small. There are only a couple of hangars for clothes, and no dresser or any sort of drawer, so I put my clothes on top of the tiny desk. On the positive side, the room was very inexpensive and included a continental breakfast. The hotel is in fine condition and clean. The service was very professional and quick. The hotel is only 2 or 3 minute walk from Morioka Station. I'd stay here again considering the price but ONLY IF if I had just a very small suitcase: there simply isn't enough space in the room to put a larger suitcase unless you want to have to step over it.

The hotel is near to the train station, and surrounding places of interest too.

The room size we stayed is minimal. Room size is very small. I had never seen such a small bathtub in my life. The hallway smells bad. Breakfast is also minimal. They have coffe, milk, juice, instant soup, breads and that’s all. We didn’t have even butter. Although, they helped to find a parking(relatively expensive), NO parking space at the hotel.

Très bon séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel bien placé tout prêt de la gare, tout est propre et le personnel est super accueillant. Je le recommande!

食事をする所も的確に教えていただきました 盛岡駅がちょっと複雑だったのでホテルが見つけ難かった

エアコンの効き具合に問題を感じる。弱のツマミだと暑く感じるし、スイッチを切ると多少寒く感じた。

客室は年季を感じるものの，とても清潔でした．スタッフの方々も丁寧に案内してくださいました．

フロントスタッフが丁寧だった

リーズナブルな客室を予約し宿泊しましたが設備に不具合が無く清潔感があり、スタッフは笑顔で明瞭簡潔な対応に好感を持ちました。リピーターですが引き続き使いたいと思っています。

風呂の排水が良くない。

駅近なので移動がしやすかった。しいて言えば、室内に、 除菌スプレーが無かったのが不満材料。今のホテルでは、 常備してのが、普通だった気がします。

盛岡出張時、いつも利用しています。 駅が近く、飲食店も近くにたくさんあるので便利です。 部屋飲み時、氷をお願いすると出してくれるので助かります。
