The reception staff are great, all of them speak English fluently. You won't get reception staff like at MIMARU in other hotels in Japan. The location is nice, with easy access to the Bus Airport station, train station, etc. The room is quite big and comfortable. Kitchen appliances are good. We are not used to pajamas without trousers. There are no waiting chairs in the laundry room. Thank you.

Staff was amazingly friendly and fluently English speaker. Information was clear and many recommendations. Suit for family and long stay. Location near TCAT (bus station for airport bus) less than 8 minutes walk with luggage. And near the subway metro station. Also they sell the Metro Pass very convenient to purchase and cheaper than using IC card. Unfortunately, washing machine separated with the dryer, so laundry ingredients takes time and a few back and forth from our room.
