We responded to this email with detailed info about this resort and need someone to contact us as soon as possible regarding our request for refund!

This place is under major construction right now, No wifi, no bar, no restaurant. The $5.00 cleaning fee should be used sometime, it really needs a cleaning up! The resort is essentially empty, I think the contractors are booking the rooms out. At this time, there is no reception desk. This will be a nice hotel/resort in about 6 months or so. Right now, I would consider another place.
