The property is OLD building with good location, but the Reception Staff Mr. Naji Was very cooperative with every guest, trying to help you by all means, this type of staff should be promoted and encouraged always.

Unfortunately not clean at all, the bedsheets were dirty! The shower was not working and bathroom was very very disgusting.

The informations about types of rooms are not correct, My reservation was ( Executive suit ) one double bed and 3 twin beds but they have only one double & two twin bed. A.C was terrible, only one unit in main room, front of bed fixed on 25 degree with and you can’ control it, WiFi coverage so bad, good breakfast.

It was on perfect location if you are visiting the Adapazarı. Very helpful and friendly people.

This hotel is situated perfectly in the downtown area, close to the Ataturk statue on the public square. Lots of nice cafes & restaurants within a minute or two walking distance. The room was gigantic by any country’s standards, with great A/C, and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay pleasant. I appreciated the large picture window in the room, and I REALLY appreciated the immaculate private bathroom. All in all, I can’t think of one complaint! Highly recommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ruhig, Zimmer gross und sauber. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hoteleingang! Gegenüber direkt ein sauberes, gutes Restaurant mit lokalen Speisen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr auswahlreich und ein angenehmer, grosser Speisesaal. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Hallo also der Fernsehen war dauerhaft kaputt!Haben der Reception Bescheid geben die haben einen Techniker geschickt aber konnte das Problem net lösen. Das keinen Komfort!
