Brilliant spotless and great view from the apartment at night time great area and so close to everything within walking distance

Beautiful hotel , amazing location

Windows need replaced with updated double glazing . Apartment was as described only windows for heating and sound could be improved

Everything was great! My only feedback was not having an outlet in the bathroom to plug in hair tools.

The room was clean, at this hotel there is very little interaction with the staff, what we had was fine.

The staff were extremely helpful super responsive. I even left some items in the apartment, I called them later and they proactively stored the items in stored luggage with my other belongings. Place was great just like photos. Absolutely fabulous service

No staff, which is fine with me. Easy entry, spacious, clean, excellent location. Apartment basically with good view of the Christmas market. One note on the Attic Flat, have light luggage and be pretty fit. No lift and impressive staircase to get in. Was excellent.

Brilliant room

Clean room, great amenities. The only problem was finding the right location of the apartment as there are wings and stairs. They can see us from their CCTV monitor but not calling to help until we called them.

Cute room with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Fantastic location just off the Royal Mile and steps from tons of bars, cafes, and restaurants. Quiet.

We were very pleased with the lovely room. It was well-furnished and had all of the utensils, appliances, etc. that we needed. It was especially nice having the combination washer/dryer in our room to allow us to wash clothes. We felt very secure with the electronic keypad entry system to the building and room. The room was located in a perfect, centralized location that made it very easy to get to any area of the city that we wished to visit. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Excellent location. Unique property and apartment. It had an old safe door for the bathroom door.
