Great location with convenient parking

The unit is well maintained. Clean and everything looked like new. Location is not far fm city, easy access to tram (5 mins walk) or buses (7 mins walk). Many food place nearby incl halal Ria restaurant, Hunky Dory. The only issue is, it has only 1 AC to heat the entire unit. AC can only reach living room + 1 other room. The first room can't get the heat. It can be very cold. The unit has no other heating option. Need to request at front desk for cleaning by the housekeeping. They ll replenish everything. Unit has kitchen and necessary utensils to cook. It has washing machine, dyer, dishwasher too. Very comfy.

The apartment overall is nice because it’s new building, nice design and very modern. About the service we didn't contact the staff that much, only when check in. However, the room it’s comfy... close to the supermarket...
