Beautiful and quiet

Did my surprise proposal here and the Service was incredible! Everyone from the front desk clerk to the valet to the wedding and events coordinators were super accommodating and they even kept the secret from my fiance!Loved the wine tasting and the property and will surely be back!

I had a deeply concerning experience during my stay at Meritage Hotel from 2/14/25 to 2/16/25, and the matter remains unresolved. During our stay, a hotel employee unlawfully entered our room while my partner and I were engaged in a private moment. This individual neither knocked nor announced their presence and, instead of immediately leaving, lingered and listened before fleeing when confronted. This was a severe violation of our privacy, and we immediately reported it to hotel security. We were assured that an investigation would be conducted, including a review of key card access logs, but we received no follow-up. When we escalated the matter to the front desk manager, she acknowledged the mishandling of our complaint, apologized, and assured us we would receive compensation via a credit for our massages, as she claimed our booking through Expedia prevented a room refund. However, no such credit was ever applied. What makes this experience even worse is that our itemized receipt shows we paid Meritage Hotel directly, further calling into question the excuses given. The complete lack of communication and failure to honor promises has left us feeling disregarded. I had initially trusted the staff to make things right, but that trust has been broken. This level of disregard for guest concerns is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Property was clean and the on site dining options were very good. Took a while to receive our in room dining but other than that the service was good.

We enjoyed having a real gym/fitness center and especially the 25 yard pool with lap lanes

Overpriced for a very average room with no amenities that warrant the price. Check in was with a teenager who when asked for recommendations for wineries stated he was too young to drink. No concierge services. $100 resort fee for seeming nothing? There are restaurants on property but to pay a fee for them without dining? One teen working the coffee bar on a Sunday morning with a long line. SKIP this place. It is off a highway and has zero charm, industrial park feel, and no added amenities or staffing that other luxury properties provide.

Arrived at 2pm, they don’t have the room ready and at 4pm inform us that our room is not available, downgraded not another room

Wonderful stay at resort. Very professional staff and friendly. Nice amenities. Slight issue wit limited hot water in room.

From the second we checked in there were issues. It was just an unending series of problems. The service was terrible. The front desk was inexperienced and rude. The valet was never around. The Wi-Fi was down. We were putting a room by a concert on a Sunday night without any warning People came into our room without knocking we were told we couldn’t have more water, nothing in the room worked and they couldn’t fix it… The list goes on and on and on to spend $670 on a room and be treated like we were at the motel. It was horrible and so disappointing. I do not recommend staying here.

Very nice resort. We stayed at this resort as part of the concert series. Would stay here again. The only downside is the concert ended at 9:30, and all of the restaurants were closing or closed. The resort food was definitely overpriced.

Run down corporate hotel in a suburban office park setting. No staff. Had to call 4 times to get someone to fix our air conditioner. Pool areas had old food sitting on chairs for hours with no one cleaning it up. Desk staff couldn’t answer basic questions.

Loved our stay here, staff friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good gym, lovely pool, restaurant annd food delicious. Only downside was prices of food and drinks. £10 for a 330ml can of lager in the deli was ridiculous.

I paid for a room with a view of the pool, but the balcony had a huge slab of concrete blocking the view. The bathroom sinks had several pieces of hair in them. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There was a stain running down the wall. Overall, for $400 a night, I expected more.

Not impressed for the money. As the Grand Reserve was merged with the Meritage feels like a forgotten part of the hotel. Lots of conferences which doesn’t make it great for couples visiting.

Most dining is closed in the day. Also the adult pool has children. There is año strict policy. Also some staff were very rude and had no hospitality.
