Over all. It's nice hotel. The location is good, very closed to CTM bus station and Local markets. Breakfast was good enough bread, pastry, olives, boiled egg, tea, coffee. However I saw left over breads were reused for another guests. I don't want to waste foods. But I didn't want to see that, unacceptable

The listed photos are lovely, but the hotel was under renovations when we arrived. It took us 2 days to realize that the renovations were happening and that the hotel was not just in disrepair. We experienced a language barrier which is to be expected when traveling internationally. The staff did not speak English but my husband speaks French so this is also something to keep in consideration. By the end of our trip we were able to forgive a majority of the issues we experienced. I am rating this hotel low because our first room was dirty, the AC did not work, and the only English TV station was all static. The second room was better but the TV did not work and the bathroom was not satisfactory. It is a wet room with a hose and a drain in the center. They have every opportunity to scrub and hose down the walls. I wound up cleaning the bathroom myself because even after we asked it to be cleaned the walls were still dirty. The bathroom drain would occasionally smell like sewage.

It was an all around good experience. They lived up to the standard minus one thing. In the list of things available at this hotel it said laundry. The front desk said yes you can do laundry but outside. Meaning go find a business to do it in outside the hotel. No biggie, I still enjoyed my stay.

Property is going through some upgrades. Not a bad place to stay for the price. The breakfast is very basic but not bad. I did see ants crawling on a table one morning which turned me off from eating there again.

This property appears to be a situation where new owners come in and "fix up" the existing building. Yet, in this case, they have applied cheap finishing in almost every aspect of the building. The floors are cheap tile; the walls are cheap gypsum board with paint. The shower stalls are hastily caulked, and the towel rack protrudes into the shower entrance (so you can bump you head on it as you exit the shower). I had to catch an early morning flight, and I specifically asked if someone would be at reception in the early morning. I was assured there would be someone there. When I went down at 5am, the employee was sleeping on the couch, which is fine, but he seemed really put out that he had to call me a taxi. For this price, there are much better places to stay in this area.

Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Somehow the bed was hard to sleep on. Breakfast was basic. Boiled Eggs bread and butter/jam/cheese. No variety. Tea, coffee and fresh orange juice were provided. There was no tour desk to provide information at all and staff simply told me to look online. Staff were not helpful at all when asked questions and it seemed like you were bothering them. The location isn’t too far from the center but the street itself is sketchy and a good 11-15 minute walk from public transport.

The hotel is in a really dirty area of Casablanca. The entrance and particularly the elevator are grungy. However, after getting off on my floor, i was very pleasantly surprised because the place is newly tiled and the rooms are quite spacious and well appointed (despite the garish gold curtains and comforters). I had a couple of problems - the fridge wasn’t working and no one did a thing about it. Also, the water in the shower was tepid and I froze coming out. The towels are pretty yucky too. But the rooms themselves are quite nice and the added breakfast is a real bonus.
