Pleasant staff. Decent sized pool and hot tub, plus sauna. Quiet neighborhood. Overall good value.

Everything was great... wish we would have had a little more time at the pool but we were there for girls basketball tourney! Kids loved the pool! The 7 yr. old loved the top bunk, said it was comfy.

Our stay at this hotel was deeply unsettling and unacceptable. We checked in late at night and were given a key to our assigned room. Upon entering, we were shocked to find someone already sleeping in the bed — we had accidentally walked in on another guest. Not only was this incredibly awkward and embarrassing for everyone involved, but it also raised serious safety concerns. How does something like this even happen? It made us question the security and management of the entire hotel. After informing the front desk, we were moved to another room where we discovered the toilet was broken. At that point, we were too exhausted to complain further. Upon checkout, the staff apologized again and said a manager would follow up with us — but no one ever did. This experience was not only inconvenient but also alarming. The fact that a key could be issued to an already-occupied room is a serious breach of guest safety and privacy. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. Safety and trust are the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts.

Very great first impression, might save this hotel for future visits, the bedroom has a bathtub which is a plus, a swimming pool on the property, super clean rooms, with nice sheets and clean towels.

Walking distance to Blackwood's.

Hubby and I were looking for a ‘pit-stop’ on a weekend trip and were very happy with our choice.

This particular hotel, located in Proctor Minnesota; never fails to meet all of my expectations. I guess that's why more often than not, the hotel is full.

The staff are friendly and the room was clean!
