Awesome place. Only downside was laundry facility doesn't exist. They have laundry services per item which is expensive.

Disappointed overall as we made the booking because it had a gym and pool. They were being renovated at the time of our stay so we were unable to use them. Key card failed and when we returned to the reception to get them reactivated it was service without a smile or apology for the inconvenience.

Very comfortable and well located near the airport, and with free transfer every half an hour. Good buffet breakfast. Industrial area, nothing around, so it is important that there are two restaurantes on site.

Clean hotel with efficient service. Transfer to and from the hotel was free and simple. The food in the restaurant was very good

There are no shops or other stores nearby. A long way from the city. Room had a musty smell. Carpets are very old. Had a problem with the safe. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious.

I needed a hotel close to the airport just for a quick stop over and had an amazing stay. The room was so nice, the bed so comfy, the food was delicious too!! Highly recommend.

Spent one night with my family only, in transit from Brazil to Australia. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great room service for dinner as we couldn't go out due to having our little boy already asleep. The breakfast was also a highlight, with tasty food and great variety.

Nice hotel with good restaurant, pool, and spa! Shuttles were on time!

Room is a good size. Clean & tidy. Comfy bed. Bathroom is big. Complimentary airport shuttle is good. Not much to see & do around here.

The room was clean, comfortable and with great view of the ocean. We had great time staying there, it is only need to have access to Wi-Fi inside rooms not only the public area. Overall experience was great

Perfect for a transit stay in Santiago, close to the airport.

One of the best La Quinta hotels I’ve stayed at, staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is also located very conveniently from the Santiago airport and they provided complimentary airport shuttle service, which was easy to schedule and drivers were very courteous. Would recommend!

Good swimming pool and gym. But the room is under equipped for the price - no tea or coffee maker or cups even to make in the microwave. The internet only last an hour so you have to keep Rae-registering which is annoying, and no reading lamp over the bed. Also would be nice to have instructions on TV use and some local information.

This place was great! It was an unexpected stay however the service was exceptional. The entire establishment was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!!!

Excellent service for free shuttle to and from the airport when booked in advance. Approx 5-10 min drive. Great breakfast spread but no gluten free options aside from fruits, cheese, eggs, ham. But was offered an omelette so that helped! I think the room service meal options were very expensive but had no other way to eat!
