Localization - Excelente Room clean Room for 4 persons

Les tarifs pratiqués sont totalement injustifiés 500€ la nuit pour 3 personnes !!!! au regard des prestations fournies : • Salle de bain vieillissante , rideau de douche mm pas de de paroi, sèche-cheveux ne soufflant que très peu Chambre minuscule pour trois personnes Petit-déjeuner à 15 € absolument scandaleux : trois yaourts, aucun choix, sans parler d un mini bar inexistant Parking à 20 € alors que l’accès extérieur était gelé et non déneigé, ce qui relève d’un manque de sécurité évident Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir été clairement surfacturés pour un service bas de gamme. Le rapport qualité/prix est inacceptable et ne correspond en rien aux standards attendus d’un établissement sérieux. Cette expérience est très décevante et je ne manquerai pas d’en tenir compte dans mes futures recommandations.

Room was cosy, but not very clean. Location was good. Staff were friendly. Bar was empty with no atmosphere and the sauna was expensive to use.

The location is sensational, and the service is excellent, and they helped me out when I bought the wrong charger, however, it was let down by the bed. I had booked a Mountain View (which I got) but I booked for 2, and rather than have a actual double bed, it was 2 singles together, which would have been fine, but there was no effort made to attach the beds together, thus, it was very uncomfortable and a few times I have to wake up and push the beds together, which was less than ideal. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, the staff were great, and the hotel was very nice, and very cosy.

Everything was fantastic until my wife found a fingernail in bed. Too bad because one simple mistake by a housekeeper like that really tainted an otherwise fantastic facility

This is an old fashion ski lodge at the edge of city center. It's not bad but not great. The facilities are dated. Our room advertised as mountain view looks out to the wall of another building. Breakfast was parsimonious. Good news is that there is parking if you pay.

It's very well located. Breakfast was good and fresh with a wide variety of fresh fruits. The place is cozy and the staff is very friendly. The internet works well.

Especially appreciated the congeniality and level service by Najib and the staff. All above and beyond! Breakfast options were many, too.

What a gem of a hotel. Great location, awesome staff and bottomless pain au chocolat!! Really happy with my stay. If I return to Chamonix, this will be my first stop.

Breakfast was great. Bed was worn out and sagging on the edge where one would sit to get in and out. Everything else was fine.

The staff was incredibly helpful during all aspects of the trip. The entire hotel is very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we were able to have a drink every night from the bar and sit outside to watch the sun fade off of the glacier. My only suggestion to the hotel is to have fans available at the front desk if the guests would need them when the days are warmer, especially for rooms on the third floor. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay again.
