Entrance needs work

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location can't be beat, just minutes from the Pantheon but still doesn't feel crowded or noisy. You can enter and exit the hotel without seeing another soul, making it feel like you're staying in a beautiful historic apartment - but will the benefits of a hotel.

Convenient to everything yet quiet area. 10 minute walk to piazza Narvonna, Pantheon, busses and shopping.

Our one-night stay at Martius Private Suites was a charming Roman escape tucked quietly in the heart of the city. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, yet hidden enough to feel like a serene retreat. Staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating. Rooms were very spacious and fully stocked with luxurious amenities. A very pleasant stay.

Great staff..fabulous breakfast…best location in Rome…safe area in the heart and minutes to all attractions by foot.

Everyone was wonderful from the front desk staff, the young bartender ( drawing a blank on his name) and the breakfast staff! Counter space in the main suite was nonexistent ~ only complaint!

A room was booked for 4 adults but the room was not suitable. 2 beds added to the room were not suitable for adults and were small and uncomfortable

We stayed in March. If its warm in off season expect to not have air conditioning! We had to open the window and were still hot. The front desk brought a fan. Unfortunately opening the windows let noise in! The garbage collectors ran between 3 and 5 daily so we were exhausted when we departed. Besides that stay was ok. Breakfast was very simple unless you added eggs and meats

It was amazing! We stayed for 6 nights and truly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Forget any bad reviews. This is an amazing little hotel the Presidential Spa Suite amazing. The location is perfect. Can’t say enough about the staff. Supper friendly and accommodating. If in Rome in the future it is the first hotel I will look gor
