Convinient hotel to sleep the night in the middle of the road to Hackone

Room was clean and serviceable but looking dated. Good value for the price. It would be nice to have additional outlets. I had to unplug the light and TV in order to plug in my phone and iPad. Two pillows per bed would have been appreciated. I realize that there were a few pillows available in the lobby area but these were quickly gone. Check-in worked well, breakfast was great.

Breakfast was great and the nearby supersento was really a treat. The showerhead was very nice with multiple settings and great water pressure. The parking looked good, the hotel was uphill from the station and the shuttle stopped at 8pm, but it was easy to go by bus from the nearby Hashimoto station. The morning shuttle went to Hachioji Station, about 15 minutes away.

The staff was very accommodating and polite. I enjoyed my interactions and the area around the hotel.

An outdated hotel

There are 7-11 and restaurants nearby. I didn't expect much with the money I paid, therefore I think it is value for money.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Overall the stay was good at the hotel. My sister-in-laws accidentally locked her key-card in the room. Hotel staff was able to unlock her room with the master key. We loved the variety of bread during breakfast and we managed to wash some dirty laundry with the hotel washing machines and dryers. Lot's of parking space too. However, for the onsen, we have to walk across the road to another building. I heard from my wife and sister-in-laws that the water in the onsen was not very clean for the ladies' side. Men's side was ok.

温泉や朝食無料がありがたかったです。

部屋の広さ、清潔感、部屋ごとに空調を設定できること、窓が開くこと、近くのスーパー銭湯を無料で利用することが良いと思いました。

カレーににんじんや玉葱、豚肉等の具が全く入ってなかったので、残念でした。

Clean and comfortable. Size is quite larger than standard business hotel in Japan. Hotel guest can use public bath near the hotel free of charge. Breatfast is good and variety.

スパでリラックス出来ました。

サウナと併設施設である事が非常に助かりました

値段に割に良かった

隣にある提携（？）温泉施設に宿泊者は無料で利用出来ることが非常に良い。

枕が借りられるのが良かった
