Lovely place to stay and lots to do in surrounding area

Always a great stay. Not the grandest of hotels but it's clean, quiet, comfortable, the food is good and the staff really care.

Average facility. We ordered Prosecco which had been put into our room well before we arrived so the ice had melted and the bottle was warm. The biscuits were stale. Outdoor lights were left on all night, and as the curtain didn’t fit well, we slept badly. The pillows were hard and too high. These would all be easy things to get right but they stopped us enjoying our night there

Everything was fine. The only exception was that there could have been a bit more detail given to the food.

Charming staff, great food, had a great stay

Lovely hotel in a rural location, just ideal to meet up with a lady offering personal services and she found the hotel easy aswell with staff on reception kind enough to ignore the fact that she was offering special services to clients and showing her to the room. Skipped breakfast as I was tired following the night before but rooms were nice and parking was easy.

Comfy bed, clean room although was quite dated. The radiators/central heating was quite loud. Staff were friendly. Breakfast service was a bit slow and seemed disorganised.

Great place to stay. Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Food is pretty good too. Hotel is in a nice countryside location, easy to find with plenty parking. Overall it's hard to fault.

Lovely hotel and good food, our only complaint was that the heating in the room was not on when we arrived and we were told that it would not be switched on until 4.30 pm! Given that check in time is 3pm surely the heating should be on by then!!
