We loved it here!

Plenty of space in our room - spotlessly clean and quiet

Great stay but water temperature in shower was very hot to scolding hot unable to adjust properly with the shower control Very hot water made it difficult to shower properly Was reported to front desk Otherwise great stay comfortable room!

Really nice place to stay. The elevators seemed a bit slow or perhaps only one was operational and the air quality in the pool area was not great but otherwise a great stay

Staff were friendly and helpful. Acceptably clean, but not spotless. Pool area was comfortable but a bit dated.

I would give it 5 stars except for A) One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow and B) because it's right by the QEW, there is a lot of traffic noise. Aside from that, it's a great hotel. Bright and clean and modern. The rainfall shower was awesome, bed was comfortable, room was nicely furnished and seemed very clean. There is both a breakfast restaurant and a dinner restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient, and you can walk to Walmart and a dollar store as well as a few other assorted shops if you need to. I've stayed here in the past with my children as well and we had a two queen bed room with a pullout couch and it was great, too. They loved the pool and hot tub as well on that visit.

Good location. However the hot tub is super small. The rooms are older so no smart tvs. Only 2 elevators. Good for a budget friendly option!

Could use some complimentary bottled water.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general is well decorated.

Friendly stuff but James is amazing at the front desk.

Everything is good. No surprises.
