AC not working, elevator not working, no drink water, bed not clean up. TERRIBLE!

Receptionist was not helpful at all, and not friendly when I ask questions about the facilities around the hotel, the room was so smelly & not clean at all

Pretty run down, but close to the airport. Pool area is good. Be sure to get a pool view. Other side has traffic noise

Ery basic and rustic hotel. Fuñfiññs its mission. It seems they are not aimed for international travelers. Did well with what they have.

We needed hotel close to the airport due to very early flight. It was very good location with free parking. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel on the other hand needs really good makeover. It is due! Our hotel had very bad scent. Our door didn’t lock and handyman had to fix it. Sink didn’t work either, water just sat there. Bed was hard, not too comfortable. Desk was almost falling a part. There is no room service as it says on the website. We had to leave the hotel to go get lunch. Overall we don’t recommend it, there is so many hotels around.

I liked the fact that the pool was cool but usable. All the other pools where we stayed were too cold to stay in. Staff was accommodating and nice. Would stay there again.

Good for price. Front desk employees unproffisiola, did not greet me. Was talking and laughing with friend, assumed every one spoke French. Breakfast is the best part. Rooms and towels not clean. Always find hair on sheets and towels.

The air conditioning wasn’t working, they changed us to another bedroom but the air conditioning was minimum, a lot of flies in my bedroom ,the sheets wasn’t cleaned I was itching all the time ,and I ask them if they can get a taxi for me ,and they say yes and explain to them where I have to go and they say yes ,and the taxi say yes too, and later the taxi ask me for more money ,and the driver wants to drop us anywhere ,so the taxi that they ask wasn’t safe and the the showers had a lot of mold in between the cracks in the walls ,I don’t recommend this place ,so disappointed

The hotel seemed a bit confused when checking-in. They didn’t have a record of my booking or at least seemed like they didn’t. Later on I wanted a fresh towel, but the maids were “done” and because we had the do not disturb sign on in the morning, they couldn’t help us. The keycard also would stop working and we had to rescan for both rooms. My friends quickly realized they forgot an ID in the room. The hotel refused to answer the phone. After numerous attempts, the hotel continued to not answer my calls even when we had Hotels.com customer hotline phone.

I stayed here because had flight early in the morning, very nice hotel spacious rooms and value for money. It took me 30 minutes walk to the airport.

I only stayed here one night on my way out of Morocco. We needed a place near the airport since we had a very early flight. The hotel is not as glamorous on the outside as the photo makes it look, but the room was clean and did the job for a very reasonable price. The pool area is lovely and the hotel staff was helpful and professional. We didn't eat breakfast there, but the dinner we had was truly horrible, so I'd skip that. As others noted, the hotel arranged a taxi for us at 150 dirham, which should have been more like 50 dirham since the airport is literally 5 minutes away. Still, we appreciated the convenience. Overall, a good place to stay if you need to be near the airport.

Conveniently located close to Tanger Free Zone, avoiding to go downtown, and getting stuck in heavy traffic.

It was okay. Didn't like constantly running out of toilet paper. Also felt uncomfortable with the front desk making a copy of my passport. Why was that necessary if I already gave them my drivers licenses?

People there very nice helpful and Check in was so fast . AC inside the room doesn’t work .car parking not safe some body could steel something from your car and it’s not hotel responsibility.

It all started when we first got to the hotel. We arrived at least an hour after check-in, but we had to wait around 40 minutes for our room to be ready. Our toilet leaked the whole time, the water in the shower changed from hot to cold without us touching it and our key card wouldn't work. It had to be re-coded multiple times. Also, the power tripped at least five times. Each time, our lights and air conditioning went off. We only had one thing plugged in: a cell phone charger. This has been a horrible hotel experience. Also, the area near the hotel is unsafe. I took a cab to a nearby pharmacy after getting food poisioning, but had to walk back after the cab refused to wait for me. Along the way back to the hotel (only a 10-minute walk), I was harrassed by random men. One even went as far as to ask me "How much?" I was wearing an ankle-length skirt and a fully covered shirt. I was scared for my safety. I absolutely hated our stay here.

Good experience with Expedia and the hotels i stayed in

Rooms are basic but adequate. This is in effect an airport hotel with a pool, but too far to walk to, so requires a short taxi ride. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had a flight next day and we asked the hotel to help book a taxi. The hotel was about 5 minutes car ride from the airport (3km) but the hotel asked for 100 MAD of what in our experience would cost no more than 20 MAD. The following is just speculation since we do not understand French or Arabic. Our taxi driver arrived and we saw he gave some money to the front desk. We did not see how much the driver paid since we just passed by. We paid the driver later at the airport and he tricked us saying he had no change. (We paid with 50 and couple 20 bills.) [update: such scam is common as i saw other reviews about this issue]. Hotel room is ok. Water was priced at 20MAD and one order of entree costed 100MAD.
