Could not fault a thing about the Calile. Service was amazing. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Will def. Be back.

Gorgeous hotel - lots of atmosphere and pool area is beautiful.

The worst club sandwich I have ever had. Cold with stale bread and dry bacon. Then the lights in the room go out because the iron short circuits 20 mins after I used it. Happens regularly apparently. For the price this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Great hotel in an urban area with lots of shopping, cafe and restaurant options around. Staff were super nice, hotel rooms were pretty and clean. Would go back for sure!

Fantastic atmosphere

We had a lovely stay, barring our experience at the pool. The hotel is stunningly designed, with every aspect considered and beautiful - including its main feature - the pool, is probably one of the nicest designs I’ve seen. However the pool area is much too small for the size of the hotel / number of guests, so it felt cramped and was difficult to get even a sun lounger to share let alone two for two people. There were also a ton of families - which I love children, but this is not a pool where there’s space for jumping, splashing and playing - where kids are running along the sides constantly and screaming. It was that full at some points that you couldn’t swim, you could dip and stand but it was so full of people that the water actually looked a bit cloudy from all the sunscreen and people in the water. It slightly ruined my experience as I’d so looked forward to staying at this hotel, having travelled from the UK, and enjoying the facilities of the hotel. Otherwise the spa is top notch, as was Hellenika where we had dinner.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Lots of dining options and shopping within walking distance and on the property.

The overall experience was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the staff were wonderful. My only issue is the children -at the pool could get a bit unruly. I am all about family, but some of the kids were splashing and kicking quite a bit, with no parental intervention. My partner and I ordered champagne bottle service and meals at our bedside lounge chairs and I’d rather not have pool water splashed or kicked into them.

Great location. Rooms somewhat stark and minimalist. See thru wardrobe which is in your face 24x7. Terrace is built up with a vegetation screen which leaves a view of a wall only but private.

Beautiful hotel and we had a lovely Christmas Day lunch here.

Wonderful night away. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Lovely big pool.

Beautiful hotel. Also had a fabulous meal at the Greek restaurant by the pool.

Have stayed here previously and always love coming back. This time I came with my partner and it was such a great experience. The staff were kind and friendly and accomodating to us during busy pool hours. The only thing I would mention would be that there is no fans in the bathrooms which makes the room very steamy! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Horrible , 1000 a night to look at nothing , one basin , no usdc port no carpet no water to drink, noisy , I am still in shock over it, go for a meal and leave is my advice
